The shows have picked up over the past month or so. Last year they did a lot of good stuff leading up to Mania, hopefully that happens again this year.

I was actually extremely impressed with Raw this week. I think it was the best Raw in a long time.

I think there was WAY too much country bashing. I won't get into it for spoiler sake but they went WAY too far with bashing France and just further showed they'll stoop to any level to get a rating point or hear a clap.

Hopefully the French have a sense of humor but after that bashing I know I'd be pretty pissed. I did find Raw to be a lot of fun though and I liked the way it was played out.

The WWE is far from sucking. SD is putting out it's best shows in the history of the show and RAW is beginning to pick up the slack and possibly beginning to dig out of this hole that they have been stuck in for so long. The key is: No Mcmahon's, No HHH, and what do you get: Ratings. SD: No Mcmahons, Paul Heyman and superstars like Cena and Benoit finally getting to the top of the mountain (Cena will be on more of the US title mountain) but still. I think the WWE has gotten a helluva lot better and because they are gearing towards Mania, I see them getting even better.

Hear hear. I was almost tempted to turn off my TV during that segment, I was so pissed. I'm not going to go into details for the same reason Kenny didn't, but...after what Mick made La Res do last week...

I think Raw sucked, but Smackdown this past week was excellent IMO. The main event was one of the best in a long time, and the Benoit / Cena match was great too. As long as Benoit gets the title soon...

Maybe you could explain your reasoning as to why you believe the WWE sucks because I certainly don't see it. The WWE product has been great over the last few weeks. We have been treated to some great storylines, as well as shocking returns of wrestling legends and some great wrestling matches. So please give some more thought into your statements. Because they're not pulling their former Main-Eventers into lower card matches against no-talent jobbers.

Because the heel authority figure isn't on air every 10 minutes.

Because their former champions aren't getting whatever they want cause theyr'e the bosses son-in-law.

Because their tag team divsion is has more credilbe talent.

Overall Smackdown is much more worth my time.

Smackdown sucks more than Raw because it's a boring show. I don't care about Shannon More, why should I? If Smackdown put out quality matches every week then it would be good but it doesn't, it has the potential for amazing matches but they give them 8 minutes and they can't do shit.

They could have awsome matches week after week if they would be given time but they are not. They make their cruiseirweight look like The Big show has more talent. (I am a Show fan though)

Raw, should focus on an old school style of wrestling, look who they have...

Storm
Jericho
Christain
Booker T

If they would book out their matches right, instead of giving them 2-5 minutes then they could have an awsome old-school style show. Witch I would enjoy more then Smackdown! even if they were doing what they could be doing.

WWE is focusing too much on crap, like McMahon, Gowen, Coach, Jr. and King, Al Wilson the list goes on and on. Nobody wants to see that crap, I don't understand why they bother. I think they are booking Henry very well, he can't do much in the ring but if you have him clean the house in a 6 man tag then yeah, that will give him more respect from the fans and they will want to watch.
What the bookers need to do is go back and watch their shows from the late 90's and take a hint.

1) Some people are now delibrately taking the piss with the Triple H thing, learn to live with it.

2) Triple H, and for the record the ratings show this, IS NOT a draw, the WWE has picked up when he hasn't been pushed to the forefront

3) People are leaving him be, because he has been doing what's right for business, up until he jobbed the title, he had not.

4) Triple H is NOT the best "damn" wrestler in the WWE right now, nor is he the best on Raw. If you think he is, then you are seriously deluded.

No, see, that's the thing. In the late-'90s, the focus was on Vince vs. Austin, it was on Stephanie being abducted by the Undertaker, then falling for Test, it was on Shane coming to her aid. The McMahon-Helmsley Era. Need I go on?

The examples you give are months old. The McMahons are all off of WWE television at the moment. Ditto for Gowen. Al Wilson has been dead since the summer. Coach is actually very funny, but I will agree that JR and King need to become less of a focus.

However, if you'd actually WATCHED the last few weeks, you'd see that the focus has been more on the wrestlers and not so much on the peripheral stuff.

BTW, you should care about Shannon Moore because he's incredibly talented (which you claim to enjoy) and has the potential to be a star if booked right. Now that it looks like they're booking him right...yeah, you should care.

Anyway, I'm done ranting.
