Nets moving to Brooklyn
Well it looks as if the Nets may have a new home in Brooklyn, NY soon. HMM, I may have to start rooting for them.

Ive only been to NYC a few times, but I was wondering, is there an easy way to get from NYC to the Continental Arena? I know they have the "path" connectng Jersey and NYC, but I dont think that goes to the Arena.
Anyway, putting the team in an arena in NYC makes a lot of sense. |

All the other sports have 2 New York teams, and as far as I hear New Jersey and Brooklyn are really close by

Speaking of New Jersey...anybody see that clown on MTV True Life? He goes to the Jersey Shore in the summer or some shit and talks all this shit like hes tough but then he never gets into any types of fights or anything.....funny shit
Anyways..The Nets should move....Brooklyn > New Jersey |

Without knowing anything about NYC, would a move to brooklyn constitute a name change, or just a change of arena?

No they would still be the Nets, just the Brooklyn Nets. I hope they don't make them the NY Nets though.

Yeah that's what I meant, so they'd not be the New Jersey Nets anymore. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, Brooklyn is in NY yeah? So why move a second team into the city when the Knicks would have the fan-market signed sealed and delivered?
