It's eathier for the Hall or the DVD or both. Or maybe nothing. They have the right to put whomever's profile they want on thier site, so that really says nothing.
Someone will probably ask him straight up at the Q & A session on Aug 21 at the Fanfest thing, so we'll se what he says. |

Bret Hart and WWE have agreed on a deal for an upcoming DVD chronicling the amazing career of the Hit Man. Bret will be in Stamford over the next several days working on the DVD.

So will the WWE still go with the "Screwed: The Bret Hart Story" title for the DVD? Or will they change the name now that Bret is officially on board with taking part in the project...

He can't take any bumps...that REALLY limits anything he can do from reffing, or managering...and I don't think Bret would want to do anything in the wrestling world BUT wrestle, so I don't think he will do much more then simply go to Hall of Fame, make a WrestleMania appearence, give a heart felt thank you to everyone who made his dream possible, and retire with dignity...which is the way it should be done.

Knowing Vince, Bret will come out during Hogan/Shawn at SummerSlam, make it look like he's going to hit Shawn, and hit Hogan. Vince comes out, all three hug, and Vince cuts a promo on how the ENTIRE wrestling world was fooled and it was the biggest work in the history of wrestling.

I really think Bret Hart making some appearances would be awesome. Can you image Bret Hart managing Chris Jericho, Matt Hardy, Chris Benoit, Christian, Sylvain Grenier, Val Venis & Trish Stratus all at once.
Matt Hardy's just in there because he's playing the screwed storyline. But seriously, though, there is some serious money to be made from Bret Hart. Can you imagine him costing Shawn Michaels his match to Hogan at Summerslam, then costing John Cena the WWE Title to Chris Jericho (won't happen, but I can dream), then John Cena and Shawn Michaels having a feud, both not trusting or liking Bret Hart, only for The Hitman to be made Special Guest Referee. The only the only thing is that he can't bump, which would sota be a problem, but oh well. A match without a ref bump doesn't sound that bad to me. By the way, from WWE.com's Bret Hart bio: Despite the premature end of his wrestling career, Hart remains one of the biggest names in the world of sports-entertainment. A mere sighting of Hart at WWE Headquarters in August 2005, (regarding the production of an upcoming DVD), sent WWE fans across the Internet into a frenzy. Internet fans! *Marks the fuck out!* |

A Pittsburgh Original

A sad day for Pittsburgh. Jeremy C. Hallowell (Pittsburgh Chronicle) PITTSBURGH - In a matter of minutes, everything changed. Both The Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots, two teams considered by many to be favorites to win Super Bowl XL, have officially surrendered the season and forfeited all the season's games. "First Hines, now this." Steelers Linebacker Joey Porter said at a press conference. "I can't believe it." What Porter is talking about was the announcement that the temperature of the Earth's core met, and exceeded, 32 degrees Fahrenheit earlier today. "I thought we and Pittsburgh would meet in the AFC Title game, and the winner would win the Super Bowl," Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady stated. "I was actually looking forward to it. It's a shame that won't happen now." Geologists aren't certain of the cause, but it's believed to have started in Stanford, Connecticut, when former wrestler Bret "Hitman" Hart met with WWE Owner Vincent K. McMahon at Titan Towers. "At some point, Hart and McMahon actually shook hands" Dr. Craig I. MacLeod of the Pittsburgh Geological Institute. "This led to several adverse effects, such as the core temperature of Earth dropping. In essence, Hell froze over." The Cleveland Browns will be getting their rings in a ceremony August 10th. Meanwhile, Other people are left to deal with the other effects, such as gas prices dropping under $1.00 a gallon, finding the plot in Dukes of Hazard, Keshawn Johnson talked about someone not named Keshawn Johnson, Kane Knight not Neg Repping a Highlander post, President Bush telling the truth, a heterosexual couple moving to San Francisco, and several other effects. "There is one positive effect, however," said Pittsburgh resident Ira Pickenpaugh. "The Pirates are surefire bets to come back and win the World Series. And heck, someone may watch the Penguins!" |

If that's the case, that just shows you the immature depths that Vince will sink to.
Hence the Warrior dvd title. |
