2 years ago, we'd never beaten you in the Prem
and we'd fought out a 4-4 draw.
But I bet Muzzy Izzet wishes he'd left now. ASTON VILLA 5-0 LEICESTER |

I was just gonna make a topic about Micky Adams' future, but i guess i'll state here that i'm not sure about it,and for anyone who says "i bet you weren't saying stuff like that last year or after the Leeds game" then i'll just say that he had it going easy for him last year,it was a small squad so the players picked wouldn't be too much different and aside from the Leeds and maybe Pompey and Man City games, though Pompey should have got something from that game,we've been shit, lost too many leads, and this result, the Wolves game and the Boro one have been too much. Only Izzet,Thatcher,Ferdinand and Dickov have done well this season and the rest are a div 1 standard squad.Adams himself needs to wake up right now,he often sticks with players who aren't good enough, buys players who are too old for the Premiership and when we do have the lead, take off our attacking threats.I for one think he's overrated. Credit to Villa but they did play a side who are going down. |

I wouldn't laugh, considering they'll be above us soon or at least after a defeat like that.

Yeah,it makes me laugh how people talk about our team sprirt now,its nothing compared to then.Mind you i suppose it's the only positive thing a neutral could say, because there ain't any quality or the like.

Lol, I hate Villa with a passion but I love todays result. You've got to be embarrassed when Peter Crouch scores twice against you.

meh, div 1 wasn't that bad. The only think im gonna miss is all the matches we have on sky and the fact Patrik Berger will leave but the Nationwide wasn't all that bad, spent 15 years there if we go down hopefully we can bounce straight back, like Charlton did when they first came up all those years ago.
To be fair though, atleast 1 of our teams (Leicester, Pompey, Wolves) are going to stay up since Leeds seem doomed (sorry Leeds fans ) id be happy for Blackburn to go down. |

I can't see Blackburn going down. Too much talent for them to slip allll the way. Pompey will stay up too I'm sure. Leeds - like you said doomed.
I think the 3 to go down will be Leicester, Wolves and Leeds in that order. Sorry to their respective fans . Also, I bet the guy who Ian Walker layed out was WWEngland or Hardkore UK ahahaha this is the day in the life of a geezer MiKE

But if Man City don't sort themselves out then they could have problems, it doesn't matter how much talent they have becsue their defence is crap and theres no confidence. I hate Nigel Martyn. |

Villa were f'n class against a píss poor Leicster team. Really really pleased to see us score goals without Angel cause our dependency on him up to now has been shocking. Can't see Leicster staying up with preformances like that.
Ian Walker is a legend though hope he doesn't get in much trouble for what he did cause your man had it coming. It was great you see him running up then he gets closer and realised that Walker is a huge cúnt and slows right down. |

about Blackburn and Man City and having too much talent to go down. Look at the talent in the West Ham team last season, they were too good to go down.
And about Leeds. I'd like it if Leeds could stay up, their fans were 6-1 down and were still all there singing (although part of this may have been cos the police refused to let them out, but still, they were singing). If I could see any 3 teams go down id want Fulham, Blackburn and Everton. But the way things are looking, Leeds look doomed |

Anyway, the thing that gets me is that i doubt any of the sides in the running for promotion from div 1 would be able to stay up,unless they sign quite a few quality players and although City,Pompey and Wolves signed a few players, they did have a couple of premiership standard players there already.
Div 1 would be ok but i couldn't bear it after all the leads we've lost this year and most players signed until end of the season,Muzzy and Marcus Bent going, not to metion Ferdinand and the age of those who got promotion last year,i wouldn't be so sure of going straight back. |
