No. It's a very elaborate pump system. You see, if a wrestler is scripted to bleed in a match, they surgically insert a tiny packet of blood in their forehead. That is connected to a skin-colored hose that goes into their shirt or tights. When they need to bleed, they squeeze it, the skin re-breaks, and it gives the illusion that they are bleeding.

Actually Xero Limit I heard a similar (and ridiculous) explanation once.

A friend of mine was telling me how they "really" have small blood packs attached to their foreheads which are skin colour to hide them, and that they basically pop/burst and blood goes everywhere.

And he geniunely "knew" that's what it was.

You guys are all wrong. You see a while back Undertaker got drunk and fucked this dude up the asshole, the next day he was told that it's not gay to rape a man's asshole in the shower so long as you make an animal sacrifice to god afterwards. Well needless to say this has amounted to millions of slaughtered animals over the years, so after the sacrifice to god, which is performed while listening to gongs (The origin of Taker's Gong), they drain the blood from the animal. The blood is then stored in small ketchup or hot suace like packets hidden under the ring or in the ref's pockets. When blood is needed they just take a few out and smash it against their foreheads.

Funny you should mention human sacrifice because the reverse is also true; you fuck an animal up the asshole and you must sacrifice a human.
