They should be. They're one of the most accomplished tag teams of all time. Not to mention they're my favorite tag team of all time or maybe tied for first with The Hollywood Blondes.

I say yes. Again, my standards mean very little since it's not my HOF, it's the WWE.
Given their standards for HOF induction, I would say the Steiners qualify.
I don't think they will get in anytime soon though, because of Scott.

If they are inducted it definitely wouldn't be for their WWF days. They were pretty over at the time and were obviously very accomplished, but they were not around that long. But yeah, solid team

They should definitely both go in.

Very talented guys at one point, and a very accomplished team.

There was a point where literally every Steiners Bros. match I saw was a good match. Obviously those days are long gone, and I think Scotty should lay off the steroids and hang up the tights, but that can't take away the greatness of the Steiners.
