My first post....just trying to stir up conversation....
Ok, so I'm creating this DVD wrestling book that covers nearly the entire history of the 90s in the WWF. It's a long, tedious process of converting the over 300 VHS tapes I've accumulated over the years to DVD. I have every single PPV from Royal Rumble 1990 to the end of 2000 and have I'd say at least 300 episodes of Raw, including the very first one.
Right now, I'm up to Judgement Day 1998. "Stone Cold, screw you. YOU'RE FIRED!"
Remember that?

god dam, that's a lot of footage. I thought I had a lot. I am also putting a lot of stuff on DVD's right now. Where are you going to store everything?

Well I keep all my VHS tapes in a big cardboard box from an old TV, all in chronological order(I'm a tad OCD) and the DVDs, once burned, all go into a folder that holds about 200 discs. Been working on it since November.
Some episodes of Raw that I missed in 97 and 98 were found almost in their entirety on YouTube. Gotta love the internet!

No doubt you were watching WCW instead, haha.

Actually, no. I hated WCW right from the get-go. It always felt like a wanna-be, inferior product to WWF, like a place for the older guys to get their last run in before hanging up the tights for good. Once in a while I tuned into WCW to check on the nWo, which only interested me for about a few months, and of course, Goldberg. Other than that, my loyalty was always with WWF. The shows were just so much better in my opinion.
No, I began losing interest in WWF about the same time everybody else did in the 90s. I was in my 2nd year of high school and started hanging out with, shall we say, a not-so-good crowd and temporarily stopped tuning in each week. Not until Stone Cold won the title at Wrestlemania XIV did I begin tuning back in on a regular basis. But thanks to YouTube and my buddy Phil and his VHS tapes, I've recovered almost everything I missed in those two years that Attitude began to really take shape.

That sounds awesome. You should upload some onto Justin.TV or some other stream site and make it exclusive to TPWW.net users so it doesn't get flagged for removal. Just a thought.

"I will not say them here or there,
I will not say them anywhere,
I will not say those words you twit,
I will not will not say I QUIT!"
Who said this and what PPV were they promoting?
Mankind, Royal Rumble 1999!

Mankind, Royal Rumble 1999!
Sharp.
But then they have the match and The Dwayne hits Foley like 10 times with a chair then uses a sound-bite of Foley saying "I QUIT!" from RAW and you're like WTF! That's bullshit. But then they have that Empty Arena match for Halftime Heat and "Oh he's a little busy with The Rock's FOOT IN HIS MOUTH!" but then The Dwayne gets pinned by a giant fucking forklift camera OKAY so later they have that Ladder Match on RAW and "THAT'S PAUL WIGHT! Dwayne's WWF champ again thus leading to Rock/Austin at WRESTLEMANIA THE RAGIN' CLIMAX

yea, I am like you with the DVD's. All the PPV's are in order. With WWF, it starts with the Wreslting Classic PPV and the WCW, it starts with Starrcade 83.
Mankind, Royal Rumble 1999!
it was at the rotal rumble 99 but it was during sunday night heat...
The question wasn't at which PPV but which PPV it was promoting.
