Is anyone here surprised and/or disappointed that the WWE "creative team" hasn't involved the Hart Dynasty in the Bret/Vince angle? Because honestly, I am.

When I heard Bret was coming back, I thought one of the reasons might be to help get them over... but alas, they're still stuck in a feud with Cryme Tyme. Do you think the Hart Dynasty should be pushed at this time, or is it too soon?

Yes it is a huge missed opportunity to elevate TWO tag teams. One tag team, Hart Dynasty could back up Bret (OR back up Vince and say Bret is a loser to get a lot of heat). Another team could back up Bret (or Vince, if Hart Dynasty backs bret) and get involved in the feud. The two would both gain overness from the feud. But WWE threw this chance into the garbage!!!!

Yes, I had complete high hopes for the team and Bret's return storyline in WWE. Instead, they terribly flopped Bret's return in WWE. Anything and everything I thought of went down the drain.

Totally agreed with all of you up there!

Bret has only been invited to Raw. They are on Smackdown. That is the reason why.

They have Bret's name, colors, music, and a few signature moves already. If they aren't getting over with that then even the Hitman himself can't help them.

no, i think they're where they should be. bringing in a bunch of low carders would do nothing for this epic bret / mcmahon feud.

Not to mention that the Vince and Bret fued is 13 years in the making, and should be all about them.
I like how it's been done, with the partial involvement of Bats and Cena.

If Hart Dynasty are to be involved in any way, that would be better suited for any post-Mania continuation of the fued.

Since the match is no DQ now, I fully expect them to help out Bret.

Or turn on him after getting paid off by Vince. One or the other.

Yes and no. I am not surprised, but I do think it is a little disappointing. The only real association we have been given in regards to Bret Hart's return and The Hart Dynasty is David and Tyson calling Bret "an embarrassment" which is just a stupid way of keeping them heel through it all. Simple, yes -- but not the most humane development for The Hart Dynasty.

I agree with Jeritron in that they could potentially get involved post-WrestleMania. If Bret Hart is sticking around, for some reason I see him getting drafted to SmackDown! and managing his nephew, niece and protoge, which I think would be nice. The Hart Dynasty turning face and helping Bret win at WrestleMania would be nice, but unneccessary. I do hope that they offer their assistance only to be turned down by Bret who wants to do it himself, though.

If Bret is going to stick around for a few months, which it sounds like he is, I think it would be cool if Bret was given some kind of kayfabe power in the company, to further fuel Vince's hatred.

Then, they could officially combine their fued with Cena and Batista. I think that would be a good place to get Hart Foundation involved, either with Vince or against him.
I wouldn't mind seeing Vince start a new corporation with Batista and Mcintyre, and either Hart Dynasty as his tag team, or a team to fued with Hart Dynasty.

I wish Bret would stay around for a while after his fued with Vince wraps up too. I think he'd be a fantastic fit as GM of Smackdown, or some on air non-wrestling role there.
They could move Teddy Long, or just put him on hiatus for a while since having Bret would be a treat.

The show would be tailor made for him. Hart Dynasty is there. Great workers and fellow canadians Jericho and Edge are there. CM Punk is there.
I'd love to see him doing segments with those guys.

Also, HHH and HBK aren't there. Not that it really matters, since he's supposedly working pleasantly with them. Still, it would be convenient to have him and Taker as the resident veterans on Fridays, and HHH and HBK on the other brand.

They're not fired yet?

Theodore Long has earned a promotion to RAW. It doesn't really make sense in the storyline, but perhaps Stephanie McMahon or someone could step in and give him the show. Vickie Guerrero could take over SmackDown!, but if Bret were going to be a General Manager, I'd like to see him take over the blue brand.

This I like, and it makes sense.... I could see either happening
