If I were him I'd be more concerned about whether or not the Judge knows about the two counts of appearing on Impact

Is this his first arrest? If it is I can't help but feel he's going to just get probation/community service here.

He had a felonious amount of cocaine too? I thought I remembered reading there there were just traces or something.

For the wrestling business's sake, I hope he gets some jail time.
Between him and Umaga's death, I hope everyone will get off the pill crap

They'll never get off the drugs.
Doesn't matter who dies or goes to jail.
It's just the way they function; sad.

Moore Country Courthouse is only 25-30 minutes from Fayetteville NC where I live. I'm trying to get my buddy to go with me to see his court case, just to see who else shows up.

Four felony counts.... Dude is definitely being someone's prison mistress. I like Jeff and we all know that those pill were for "personal use only..." but a part of me says the law is the law and if he wasn't a "wrassler" his ass would have never made bail anyways.
The most nervous person of all this isn't Jeff, his fiance Beth, or his brother Matt.... it's Shannon Moore representing the freaks.
The happiest person? Linda McMahon. If he got busted while still active on the WWE roster her campaign would be over.

Shadow will probably be standing outside the court room dressed as Jeff Hardy with a "Free Jeff Hardy".
Mike Adamle will echo Shadow's statement by yelling " yeah, free Jeff Harvey!"

Shadow will be there in spirit.
From PWInsider:
Prowrestling.net reported this afternoon that Jeff Hardy's trial was pushed back after the defense requested a continuance. That request was granted and the new trial date is 5/10.
PWInsider.com has independently confirmed that report with the Superior Court of Moore County, NC.
