OK, just got this laptop and after installing XP on it, like five or six thin lines show up on the right side of the screen, like really small. They are rainbow lines or some shit. I'm pretty sure this is a video drivers problem, but I can't seem to fix this shit no matter how many drivers I update to.

The video card is ATI Rage Mobility M1 and the comp is a Dell Inspiron 3800. Someone help me find an up to date driver or some info on this problem. :-\

It's not on ATI's website either, btw. THey don't have laptop drivers for some reason, at least I didn't find them.

Hook me up.

It's on the Dell4me site. Looks like the drivers for the ATI mobility M1 :)

Ok, if you hook up an external monitor are the lines still there?

(trying to determine if it's a setting problem with the laptop monitor, as in the horizontal width, etc.)
