Norton 360 Issue

So i installed Norton on my computer 2 days ago . worked fine the first day . then woke up this morning with a fix now red box instead of green protected . so i clicked it nothing happened . I then restarted my system and now it wont open and when i go to uninstall it . i get a message saying another installer is loading . Help guys completely computer illeterate

do you have to run it as admin because it just stops on closing programs ? im using windows 7 if that helps

Run what as admin? Can you try running it as admin?

i ran the norton removal tool as admin . just stuck on closing windows. everything was closed . So i then found another unistaller type program . which took norton 360 out of add and remove and off my desktop and out of start menu . But left it in program files ? I tried to manually delete it in program files but it wont let me saying i need admin privaladges . Im the only user on this system doesnt that automatically make me the admin ? Any help guys greatly appreciated !!!!!

When you click on the start menu and then click on the display picture and the user account opens, does it say that you are an administrator under the name of your account?
