I'm a fan of the open air venues. The roof is not fully open either. It won't be open air in the same sense as Orlando and Las Vegas were.

It's only above the football field, and there's still walls and roof surround the entire arena, and above the seating.
Some sound will escape, but acoustically it should hold in most of the crowd noise. It sort of cups around the ceiling.
