the attitude era was by far the best.... the hulkamania era (aka kayfabe era)was what made wrestling what it is today... and the pg era is whats killing wwe right now.... the crowds don't even care no more, remember how into it the crowd was for the rock and austin, the crowd went nuts over wrestling...the titles dont mean shit no more, and the death of ecw and wcw ruined it a little bit... we need a new era and some new stars.

wwe has some big stars right now,(orton, cena, batista, triple h, taker, edge, dibiase, rhodes swagger, mcintyre, its the storylines and the lack of attention the midcard and lower titles are getting also...

Only if i was an astronaut ;)

But no what i mean is, we can watch all the clips in the world but we didnt live through it so we dont know what it was really like. If you watch highlights of a Soccer game, NFL game, NBA game etc. you cant give a full report on what went down as opposed to watching the game in its entirety. That good enough?

Also who's the moron listing fucking Japanese shit, he's so cool cos he doesn't watch what everyone else does, i wanna be this guy so much. As if fujijuju vs shanoki cocki was better than Stone Cold, Rock, NWO. . . Fuck off

If you're gonna go the puroresu route then how do you leave off AJPW? Especially matchups like Tenryu v Tsuruta from 4-1989 or Misawa v Kawada from 6-1994.

So unless you're AT SmackDown! live, you can't comment on it?

Trying to get what you're saying.

If I HAD to guess, you're saying you needed to be around for that era, not just the match/event.

Whatever era where USA chants started... The guy who started that chant should be in the hall of fame. Same goes for the first idiot to throw shit in the ring when Hulk broke his heart and joined those boys from up north. Nothing like going or seeing a WCW show and having to duck sodas, popcorns, and batteries from level 3.

That is the stupidest fucking thing I have ever heard. By that logic only twenty people on this planet are allowed to talk about World War I. I suppose scientists aren't allowed to talk about the Ice Age either because they weren't alive to experience it. Go get your 21st chromosome fixed.

The Golden Era - Pre-1984: Born in '83 and don't remember much from back then.
The Hulkamania Era - 1984-1993: A match made in heaven and a match made in heaven. This was something that the WWE now could look back at and learn from. It was phenomanil on how the characters carried this PPV created so much buzz. It was great. I remember watching as a kid and being astounded! It makes me miss how much characters back then actually meant something wheras in now-a-days, uhhhh, not so much.
The New Generation - 1994-July 1996: Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania 12. It was the first Iron Man Match and honestly it was so spectacular ot watch. It's a shame that these two guys couldn't get along back in the day because they could of had some pretty sweet matches together.
The Attitude Era - August 1996-2001: Anything and everything Stone Cold Steve Austin. He was the face of that era.
The Ruthless Aggression Era - 2002-2004: The rise of Brock Lesnar
The Next Generation - 2005-2007: I didn't really watch wrestling during this time so I can't really judge on it.
The PG Era - 2008-Present: That's hard. I mean it's not really over so who knows what's to come. I don't know. Maybe the ban of chair shots to the head. That takes away a lot for wrestlers. I mean in a sense it's good because it will help wrestlers be more creative when it comes to using a weapon but it takes away a lot as well.
