This is not a actual project in the making, but QT mentions in this interview....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T05kgt31kR4

....that if he could be one famous person from history, it would be John Brown, and it got me thinking.....how awesome would a John Brown bio-pic be if it were directed and written by Quentin Tarantino?

For those of you who don't know who John Brown is, he was a bad-ass loner who in the 1850's went around freeing slaves, and killing their owners.

As a big American Civil War history buff, and QT fan, this would be another one of those dream come true kinda films. We gotta get this ball rolling somehow.

The ending would probably include a George Clinton song and John Brown assassinating Jefferson Davis. No.

As long as there was a lot of unnecessary dialogue

I could see Sam Elliott in the role, and Sam Jackson as some bad-ass white-devil slaying slave. It'd be great, and it'd piss off all the rednecks. I say go for it.

I think he should do it.

I'm surprise a movie hasn't been done on that yet? Seems like it'd be a decent one.
