Is a lot of fun. I am really enjoying the demo. It's made by the same folks who did Geometry Wars 2 also.

It's a racing game with real cars and graphics but with powerups similar to Mario Kart. More like EXACTLY like Mario Kart. Still fun though. Will definitly Goozex it.

Split/Second is the one where you trigger the track to blow up or change route by making buldings collapse or planes crash etc.

Blur is great. I can't get enough of the demo. Deffinitly getting it when I have the money to spare. 2010 is being an endless assault of must buy games for me. My wallet is feeling it.

Really? I thought XBL was kinda slow on the demos.

I'll probably be getting a PS3 soon, so it's kind of a disappointment to hear that. :'(

BTW, how much does Home for the PS3 cost.? I heard u had to buy it.

Don't remember. Think it was free, and stuff inside cost money. Like virtual furniture for your virtual "pad". Made me want to stab someone.

Deleted that shit, because it took up a ton of hard drive space, and was seemingly useless.

Youknow how much space that took? Like 124 kb. That's all you need. If I'm gonna walk around giving people thumbs up and daps and shit I'll do that irl. I'm black. I can get away with drunkenly giving daps to people I don't know.

If you think so, don't get a PS3. Among other things, while XBLA games have demos pretty much universally, most PSN games don't. Which sucks, because you pretty much have to buy games on reviews. And a lot of the games seem to come out slower (One of the new releases a couple of weeks ago was Feeding Frenzy 2).

The only real difference in speed is that PSN doesn't require a Gold account to get demos the first week.

Finally got Blur downloaded. can't wait to try it. Will likely hate it, as Mario Kart is retarded, but whatever.

My inner child prefers games not for mentally handicapped kids. I understand the idea of a "party" title is one which equates roughly to the "special" kids running around outside at recess, but I like my games to not be spastic oriented.

Also, I hate Nintendo, but Mario Kart has been around since the dawn of modern gaming. If you didn't have endless hours of fun with Mario Kart as a kid with your friends, then I pity you. I really do.

Demo servers will close on the 10th, so they're updating the demo/beta with these last hurrah functions:

* The ability to play A-Class cars in standard playlists
* An expanded Supercar Racing Playlist that include races in Tokyo and Amboy
* Power-Ups now shuffle so each race has different Power-Up placement
* Players can earn double the amount of fans for each race, allowing players to quickly reach Rank-15 and experience the full Beta demo experience

Gonna hop on for that action. This game brought me back to racing and I wanna snag the full game.

That game is blah. 'Hot looking car with nothing under the hood'. The mechanics seem to value silliness that betrays the concept of 'racing'. Fuck that game.

I guess the Multiplayer demo is back up..... Just finally started to play it and fell in love with it. Would definently pick up the game if I had the cash on me. I liked both this and Split Second even though everyone seems to choose one game over the other.

Coolest moment I had online with Blur was a guy knocked me out of 3rd place...and right before the finish line I shot him with the homing missle causing him to fly in the air and me to drive under him for the win. Granted it was 3rd place and not 1st but hell...it was a cool moment for me.

Activision really fucked that one up. Only way I would have run those ads is if I actually had a game that was close to the quality of the game I was mocking.
