If I had a written guarantee that we would get all the shows from every year I would consider starting to buy these...

Although if they make it to '99 I'd probably buy that one just for the Owen tribute episode.

Also wondering just how many people will be edited out.

I wish they'd do this with the Nitros. Sell them as a huge pack. $100 per year for RAW and Nitro. I'd gladly buy it.

I'm thinking retail would be about $60 for this, which isn't bad.

I always thought it would be cool to release a Companion DVD with all the PPV's that has the Raw, Smackdown and Sunday Night Heat leading up to said PPV.

They're doing that with Mania this year, at least with the last two shows. And only on the Blu Ray edition.

Like 26 discs?

The first few years of RAW was only one hour, so it'll probably be more like 10-15 disks.

Once you hit the 2 hour years (97-onward) it'd be about that.

May have to check that out. Those were some good times for me.

I would gladly pay $100 for the set, maybe even more if it were not tampered with/edited in anyway

There's a guy on Ebay who's been selling this sort of thing for a while, pretty decent quality

illegal to sell/buy bootleg stuff on Ebay. It's a wonder he hasn't been banned.

I can't wait for this to come out. Hopefully blockbuster.com will have it, and I can rent it through there. If not, I may have to wait to get it used on Amazon, cause yeah, if it's too pricy, I may just have to due without it for a while. But I am looking forward to it. That was a very golden time that I'd love to revisit.

I remember I use to watch Raw every week before I went to bed. Had to get up early for school, so it being only one hour worked out great for me. I'd always talk about what happened on wrestling the next day with the boys in school. That was how we did it before we had internet message boards, and even in those days, I'd defend Hulk Hogan from the haters. Ahh. Those were the days.

93-97ish was very childish and sometimes lame. Yeah I'm looking forward to this but I am REALLY looking forward to a complete Attitude Era collection.

These early years feature maybe 2 good matches per show and then several matches featuring mid carders vs jobbers. Maybe my mind isn't serving me correctly but that's how I remember it.

Most of us were childish and lame. :) Back then....like today actually, wrestling was aimed towards kids. It was when those kids grew up to become teenagers that wrestling changed. Then when those teens grew up and stopped watching, it's like WWE started over again, and is now aiming the product towards kids, and I'm sure once those kids grow up....who knows. Perhaps WWE will become a teenager again too.

The product aimed towards the kids that we have today is still one hundred and fifty percent different than that when we were kids.

You don't see Doink and Duke The Dumpster running around carrying trash cans and spraying silly string.

We have our very own version of Dink in Hornswoggle, though.

It is only childish in the aspect that there is not much cussing and the storylines are not as risque.

I'd be surprised if they sold the Attitude Era due to the current TV PG rating.

Not to mention Linda's senate campaign. Now that she's running for senate, they're so afraid of the company's Attitude era past and the fact that it was so successful. It's ridiculous.
