To be honest, this is pretty much EXACTLY what I would do. Except, I'd take out Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust and replace that with Michelle McCool defending the Women's Title against Beth Phoenix.

* The Hart Dynasty go over Truth & Wisdom to earn a shot in the future at the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship. Given time, this would be a tremendous tag team match, and chew up some time as the opener.

* William Regal beats Daniel Bryan in the Submission Match, with some assist from Skip Sheffield setting up a future NXT tag team match between Regal & Sheffield and Bryan & The Miz.

* Beth Phoenix wins the Women's Title, despite heelish involvement in her match.

* Shad Gaspard beats JTG. This one could be booked either way, but I think as a plucky face, JTG doesn't need the win quite as much. I'd go with Chris Jericho helping out Shad here.

* While there is a Triple Threat waiting for McIntyre at Extreme Rules, this match would get Triple H in on the card. This would be non-title, I guess. Drew can put up a great fight, but ultimately Triple H goes over because he is Triple H. The Triple Threat for the Intercontinental Title can take place on SmackDown! either before Extreme Rules or after it.

* CM Punk beats Rey Mysterio so he can keep his hair. Give them time, and this could be a tremendous match.

* Jack Swagger can open the show and call out Randy Orton for their match. When Orton doesn't show, Swagger demands that the referee calls it a forfeit. He does, and Swagger successfully "defends" his World Heavyweight Title against Randy Orton. The lights go off, a gong sounds over the arena, and The Undertaker is in the ring. He knocks Swagger down with a right hand, and then Theodore Long announces that Swagger will defend his World Heavyweight Title against The Undertaker in a Casket Match tonight. Swagger wins that, however, and the Dead Man can take some time off.

* Chris Jericho and Edge can fight over the now vacated WWE Title. I guess this match doesn't need to be for the title, but it would be a nice way to shake things up, and really move some emphasis back onto this feud. Theodore Long can announce the match being as such due to his SmackDown! bias, as well. While I think Edge winning would make sense in context of the feud and all that, I think Jericho winning his second WWE Championship here would be a cool moment. Have Shad Gaspard pay back Jericho for earlier in the night, and the drama can then be whether or not Jericho gets drafted to RAW. Edge & Jericho both can, and Cena can want his rematch.

I hate titles being vacated. So I wouldn't strip Cena just for not being able to get on a plane but I like the card above it makes sense, apart from Cody Rhodes vs Golddust, that'll kill a crowd faster than anthrax. I'd just give that time to Mysterio vs Punk. Noid's idea of the womens match isn't bad either.

I don't understand why Jericho would get involved in the Cryme Tyme match though? I'd just have Shad go over clean.
