I haven't seen all that much of Steamboats work but from what I have seen it's been amazing (late 80s stuff, Mania 3 vs Savage, the Flair feud in 1989). Steamboat is better in-ring for sure but overall I think Triple H still takes it because he's entertained me more, is better on the mic and has had a tonne of great matches himself
