They have HHH, Randy Orton, & John Cena Vs. ShoMiz & Sheamus. Why would they advertise knowing they were having the draft this week?
To sell tickets to the local market.

I remember, "back in the day", you could buy a program and it'd have the card run down on a piece of paper. Even had one from RAW I think. Now you don't get that, even for PPVs.
If they still did this I'd buy a program. It's all I ask for. I'd shell out the $10 for a program if they included a shittly copied list of matches. But since that isn't in there I don't buy one.
I still have my Survivor Series 2002 sheet, and I made my own for Rumble 2008.
