Eddie had so much natural charisma it was insane. He didn't even have to try to get your attention during promos, you just wanted to listen to him as soon as you saw him. In the ring, he's in my top 5 of all time as well. Eddie painted a picture in the ring, you saw his artistic vision of how the match was supposed to be played out each and every time, no matter who he was facing. He could have a 5 star match with Chris Jericho just as easily as he could have a 5 star match with Vader. He was so versataille and knew how to sell his own strengths and the strengths of his opponents.

My vote goes to the late, great Eddie Guerrero.

Ya know, I have tons of respect for Eddie, but I'm going with HHH here. We all know Eddie will win in the long run because some people will give him the sympathy votes, but no matter how this round ends, I'll be content with the result.

I believe HHH deserves a spot in the HoF, and beating Steamboat was worth the try now. Fitting finale though.

Always love when Narc has a significant rooting interest in these things. Always leads to some bickering.

Narc, could you please send me a list of your favorite wrestlers so we can do this more often?

This thread inspired me though to look up some old Eddie videos and I stumbled across the Eddie/Rey feud montage. Man, I almost forgot how hot that fued was.

Eddie. Voting otherwise is fucking ridiculous.

HHH can't carry a broom to a good match.

Hmm you don't seem like a big HHH fan......how come his logo is in your avatar?

Both are/were good wrestlers and helped carry their brands as champions but Eddie's Westlemania 20 moment with Benoit is still one of the best endings to a Wrestlemania and WWE ppv of the last 10-15 years.

Triple H, I don't think Eddie ever reached the same zone as Triple H even though he was heading in that direction. I didn't vote in the last round but in my eyes Steamboat had a better chance against Triple H than Eddie.

Eddie. And no, it's not a sympathy vote. Eddie was the goods. Hunter's good, don't get me wrong.

Also, Rey never entertained me more than in his feud with Latino Heat.

One of my favorite Eddie moments is actually back when he first won the WWE Title and was THE face of Smackdown.

It was some special RAW (possibly a draft?) where the Smackdown crew was there as well. Triple H was heel and was talking smack about Smackdown.

Eddie came out and defended it and challenged HHH to a match.

They wrestled in the main event. Eddie was so over, and on his way to beating Triple H, when of course, it degenerated into a big brawl between both rosters.

Ya, Cena picked up the "ball" for Heyman having HHH's name. Since Bischoff had promised the next Raw draftee to get a title shot against Benoit immediately later, Heyman went 1 further and had Eddie defend his title against HHH. HHH coming down in his raw shirt and tearing it to reveal the SD shirt got the biggest reaction of the night.

I believe they did a similar sort of thing in 2006 or '07 Draft night where Big Show was supposedly on team RAW, he wins the match, allegedly for RAW and ripped it, unveiling his ECW shirt under it. Or something.
