What the fuck does she want to be a boss or their friend? Hernandez is constantly talking shit while under contract. She let Hogan's crony cause the departure of her biggest female wrestler and one of her top draws. The Cornette, Russo, Bischoff back and forth is basically exposed the company's lack of authority and backbone at the top. Say what you want about Vince and his backstage atmosphere, but from Bret to HBK most of the wrestler's will admit Vince put the fear of God in them at one point or another in their career and buried those who didn't play by the rules. If/ when TNA fails it won't be because of the talent/writing/ratings, it will be because the boss would rather be "cool" in the eyes of RVD and Hardy than force the talent and writing to rise above mediocre amateur bullshit.

I was talking about the leaked email and back and forth between him, Terry Taylor, and Russo.

This is what happens when you build your entire company around established stars. Just like Bischoff lost control of the established stars in WCW, Dixie can't threaten most of the big name stars in TNA because they could easily go back to WWE.

if vince wants them back, most of the stars burned there bridges with the wwe.

I have a feeling WWE would gladly take back Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy (pending trial), Kevin Nash (Kliq), Mick Foley, RVD, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan.

If WWE wanted Hulk Hogan he wouldn't be with TNA right now.

I didn't say they "wanted" him, but they would be willing to give him something to do every once in awhile like they DID DO for most of the past 10 years.

I don't even think they want him for that either.

(not that this applies to topic anyway)

The thing is I give Dixie credit for knowing that she doesn't know shit about wrestling and hiring outside people to help run the company.

But, the problem is who she has tapped to help run the company.

Dixie Carter is the President of a wrestling promotion and is completely fair game.

The thing is I give Dixie credit for knowing that she doesn't know shit about wrestling and hiring outside people to help run the company.

But, the problem is who she has tapped to help run the company.

Why give her credit for admitting she knows nothing about the business in which she's operating? Her lack of knowledge both led to the hiring of these people but also to her inability to see the detriment of continued reliance upon them.

Anyway, maybe someone should link her to a wikipedia entry on the end of WCW. it's not the best source of info, but it would sure give her more knowledge than she has now.

As soon as TNA started I wondered how long it would be until someone said something like that. TNA's owner is a ring rat? Highly doubt it. With all the disgruntled pissed off employees no one ever said anything like that. You think Steiner, Cornette, Sunny, Hernandez, etc... would be able to keep their mouths shut about something as big as that? Bullshit.

Yeah Hernandez. He's been bitching ever since LAX broke up and rightfully so on that. Now he's working in Mexico and basically said in one interview he had no idea who was really in charge, the company didn't know what it was doing, etc...

What the fuck does she want to be a boss or their friend?

That's one of my biggest pet peeves with her, especially after the whole thing on the live episode of Impact on March 4th where Sting hit her or something.

It's just I wish these owners would just stay in the back and let the money roll in and not worry about being on camera characters. Let the professionals do it.

Though I do understand in the times we live in with Facebook and Twitter and everything being revealed on the internet it's kind of hard, but at least try.

Yeah, there are promoters/owners that have went bust before because of the inmates ruling the asylum. It's the impression that you get with TNA ever since Dixie Carter's involvement has been more prominent and public. It's the opposite way of running a wrestling company to Vince McMahon. Love him or hate him, sometimes it seems like the only way to run a large wrestling company is the Vince McMahon way. Some of the hirings have felt like favours to people who add absolutely nothing at best and destroy credibility or add more problems at worst.
