With all the talk of Ted Debiase making a next generation stable with his brother and Joe Henning, I have also heard that the Colon family (mentioned in another post), and that theres also another stable being built. I have read that the Uso bros (Rikishi's sons), Donny Marlow (Haku/ Meng's son), Tamina (Snuka's daughter), and G-Rilla (Dick Murdoch's son) have begun to team together. Does the idea of another next gen stable appeal to anyone out there? From what Ive seen of them in FCW they dont constantly remind us who there fathers are. Is a stable a good way to get them out there, and then slowly cut away the extras? (kinda like how they did with Manu and Sim?)

The more the merrier I'd say.

I want a New Nation of Domination that is full of babyfaces who slowly turn heel:

John Cena
Ezekiel Jackson (He joins them in a feux face-turn, only for it to be a giant heel-turn for everyone else!)
Mark Henry
R-Truth
Zack Ryder (he can be the plucky white guy who is "fed up" with the system ie the Owen of this New Nation)

What are you talking about, Zack Ryder is the Blackest one off that list

We're at a point now where every other guy coming into the business is going to be the son of somebody. You can either have one giant nWo-like group of rookies or you can say "Hey, remember Typhoon? Well this guy is his son." And that's it. Otherwise you're just going to have a bunch of variations of the Legacy concept.

A fun stable would be if Hornswoggle wasn't ready for DX to die yet, so he brought back Road Dogg and Billy Gunn and inserted himself as their leader. Then they would be fed to Triple H or something.

Or not.

I like how you choose to ignore selective parts of his post. But what the heck, I am a HHH mark too..

I prefer the idea of one huge mega stable a la Corporate Ministry/nWo.

Throw Hennig, the DiBiase's, the Colon's the Island boys, I think there's a Von Erich down there too(?) into it, and any time there's a new guy bring him right in. Interfere to help the stable win a match or something.

Linking all these guys up under a second generation/ legacy idea seems t be more of an indictment than a compliment. It's WWE basically saying you guys can't get over on your own so we're going to let you work off your dad's accomplishments.

The only one that makes sense for is Ted Jr. for obvious reasons. He's talented as hell and is the future but I would have given him his dad's gimmick all the way down to the music (which is one of the greatest themes of all time/ Priceless sounds like shit you'd hear in a truck driver's CD player). Let him do a rich/playboy type character then eventually have him say screw WWE belts and bring out the Million Dollar Belt. Maybe even let him cut a promo on Austin never being worthy of it for cheap heat, have Big Zeke be a more bad ass, ruthless version of Virgil and Dibiase is a start without Orton and Legacy.

There will never be another Mr. Perfect so I don't give a fuck about Joe Hennig and if he tries to copy his dad he'll fail miserably because Perfect's character naturally fit him. It would be like the Rock having a son who eventually gets into the business and does the People's Eyebrow... I love the Hart dynasty except for the fact that there are no Harts in it (damn it Teddy). It would have been nice if Bret or even Anvil came back sooner to really jump start them.

Otherwise, why do you really have to tie them into their dads? We knew Orton's dad was Cowboy Bob, but the only time that got really played out was the feud with Taker. Rock got over when they let him be him and not "The son of Soulman and Grandson of Chief Maivia" Send some of these guys out and let them establish themselves and maybe quietly acknowledge the relationships down the line.

1. I demand a New Nation gimmick.

2. I love the idea of factions / tag teams. The E needs more of this no doubt.

Unless they plan to have one big giant stable but with the brand split I highly doubt would happen in which case no thanks. I'd rather have an Evolution type of stable where two veterans are paired who two newbs then it balances things out quite nicely. Then this way the new talent doesn't get buried by the older talent that refuses to job thus making it easier for them to get the rub.

I take it you mean Teddy Hart? Isnt his given name Annis, so he's as much a Hart as Natalya or DH Smith anyway.

They should orm two chapters, one on smackdown and one on Raw,keep them interacting with eachother somehow...

I was really speaking more in terms of the synergy with the name. Maybe I'm too anal... or in this case Annis... but I didn't get why they'd have the Hart Foundation without including an actual Hart. Otherwise why wouldn't DH push his dad's legacy and Natalya hers etc... Teddy had a father who wasn't a character in the business so I figured he'd be the one to carry the "Hart" torch.

Agree with NBT. For some kids, it's going to work for them to ride the family name for a bit to get over. But for the most part, other than mentioning it when they debut, it's probably better off for the younger kids to just try and get themselves over on their own.

I'd take it on a case-by-case situation. The Colons really aren't going anywhere, and I don't think we need three on one brand. Put "Tito Colon" on SmackDown!. That way he can get over on his in-ring skills. No doubt that he will eventually bump into Carlito & Primo, and there will be some interaction. But don't debut him with them.

Bring in The Rotundos together. I hear that they're still quite green, but they are at least a tag team. Do the same thing with The Usos. I don't know if they need Tamina there with them, but what's the harm? Portis Clay can just be George Murdoch, and try and get over in his own way. I like the idea of Brett DiBiase being the "good son" to Ted DiBiase's "evil son." I'd like to see Ted offer him a place in his new Legacy stable, only for Brett to say he wants to get there on hard work and be the first DiBiase to be World Champion -- cue a feud in which Brett looks good, but Ted goes over. A tag team match between Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes and Goldust & Brett DiBiase would be...interesting.
