Raiden could take life, energy, parts, items, ammunition, and information this way. You must be strategic in what you take and how you cut.

Aside from cutting from any angle, you can also augment force, which is how Raiden cut the melons without the table. Because of this, you can choose to cut soldiers without killing them.

Haven't been following at all and I don't feel like wading through the thread. What was Valve's announcement? All I can find is that it was Portal 2 on PS3 which seems kind of weak.

It was more symbolic than anything ground-breaking since Valve have said in the past the PS3 is too difficult to work on while Xbox 360 was easier because of how the architecture is close to a PC.

Valve only has around 100 people working for them so it made more sense to use E.A. for PS3 ports since they had better experience and larger teams for PS3.

As Jordan pointed out earlier, Konami had the best conference by far. Much like Deadly Premonition was a far superior game to Heavy Rain (http://www.destructoid.com/deadly-premonition-is-blatantly-better-than-heavy-rain-165288.phtml), Konami's press conference absolutely trumped anything everyone else did.
Jordan showed (http://www.destructoid.com/e3-10-scientific-proof-konami-had-the-best-conference-176798.phtml) just one of the many odd parts and mentioned the live show choir, but what he forgot to tell you was that there were live luchadores at the show promoting Lucha Libre AAA: Héroes del Ring (http://www.destructoid.com/more-than-just-a-mask-lucha-libre-aaa-heroes-del-ring-170573.phtml). They weren't just there, though. They started getting in a staged fight on stage over who was going to win the championship belt the next day in the ring at the Konami booth on the E3 floor. It was epic. I'm just sorry most people missed what is going to go down in history as the greatest press conference ever.
But the championship fight touted at the press conference is not the only fight going on at E3. No, it's been going on for the entire conference and we have video proof. It's right there above. Check it out. Sh*t be cereal business.
