I think either Sheamus or DiBiase have the brightest future so far. Especially Sheamus. He's come a long way, and has a shit ton going for him at the moment. He could conceivably regain the title sometime this year. Also, he's drawing a great amount of heat from the crowd, which is going to help keep him where he's at.
Teddy is just getting his feet wet with what seemingly is a next generation Money Inc. stable. We have to wait and see where it goes before we are able to gage whether or not Junior is going to make it to the top where they want him to be.
I like Swagger. A lot. And I love where they're going with him currently. They've gotten over a huge hump in getting him over as the champion, and having him draw top heel heat. But the real test is when he loses the belt and where he goes from there. His "I'm better than you" gimmick is only going to go so far before they need to add another dimension and develop him further, and that won't happen until he drops the title. It's going to be interesting to see how he's handled when that happens.
I love the Hart Dynasty. But it's way to early to be thinking about their overall future success. Eventually, when they're over enough, you know DH is going to turn heel and break them up, which would likely lead to a nice push for him. I think being the size that he is, having as much athleticism that he does, and his overall ability will get him far. Tyson may have a future in the mid card, but that's about it.

Swagger easily. Not as a face ever, but he's blatantly the best performer.
Never got what people see in Dibiase but since spiltting with Cody he's definately improved.
Can't really judge the Hart Dynasty yet. They've not really had chance to shine.
The thing is, it's at least half how they're booked that effects things. It's not like an innate thing that will eventually win out.

Jack Swagger. Hart Dynasty will get over like E&C in 2000 but Swagger will be like a shittier (but still good) version of Angle.

Jack Swagger will have a tremendous future, in my opinion. He's a great performer, and he's got built-in crediblity (talent + size). He's young enough to have years left, too. The guy has also broken the water and been World Champion already. His current reign has got legs on it, and he may have quite the memorable run when it is all said and done. Or not. But I don't think it'll be his last. Not in this day and age.
David Hart Smith will also do great things, in my opinion. Like Swagger, he's got that built-in crediblity. Haven't heard much from him on the mic, but he seems confident enough to at least be decent. Tyson Kidd will have more of a struggle, although I get the feeling he is loved by someone that matters. I wouldn't rule him out, but he's not a "sure thing." As talented as he is, he seems like a guy who will get to the dance late, if at all.
Ted DiBiase is a good worker and a good promo that has done stuff that matters already. But there's something stopping me from truly buying into him. I could actually see him being another guy that takes a deceptively long time to make it. He could also win a World Title by year's end. He could either be a forced "made it," or a well deserved one. I don't think he's ready to be near the top of cards yet, though. It's good that the WWE has him on RAW and not completely lost in the shuffle, though.
Sheamus will be there, but I can never see him being the centre of the company, no matter how hard Triple H tries to get him over as such. He seems like such an "outside main eventer." Like a Big Show, and not so much like a Bret Hart. Like DiBiase, he could end up having the better career on paper, but I don't think he has the raw star potential that Jack Swagger and DH Smith have, no matter how hard he is shoved down people's throats.
I gotta go with Swagger and Smith, with Smith being the one I put forward just because of his age and his pedigree.
