the only time i ever see a body slam is someone doing it in the corner to set up a top rope move
And it's usually Jeff Hardy, and it's like "meh whatever" *throw*.

Bodyslams are rarely done these days since despite them looking harmless is a move than can do a lot of damage even if there done properly and as for suplexes there done like all the time just that there's so many different types.

Are you kidding me? I'm pretty sure according to JR every move nowadays is a 'suplex' or 'inverted suplex'.
That's probably why JR isn't announcing anymore.

When it comes to actual fighting (MMA) I would say a Suplex > Body Slam.
HBK always did a regular body slam as a setup to the flying elbow. Randy does a sweet looking body slam but it's a modified version.
