Hall should not be on this list. He was not a wasted talent. He was huge in AWA. Had a solid spot in WWF. Ran the shit out of WCW until it died.

By that point a normal wrestler would have retired anyways. Just cuz his latter years have been muddled doesn't mean that his on screen characters were ever not a success.

Gotta go with Davey Boy Smith on this one.

...Sean Waltman also gets honorable mention...but in this case, HE wasted his talent HIMSELF. HBK has even said that out of the WHOLE KLIQ, "Kid" was the one with the most talent. But...he wasted it.
