Next week on Raw, the A-Team!

Now, I'm not actually a fan of the A-Team, just kinda interested to see Liam Neeson turn up on Raw. Should be cool. :y:

So, to justify this thread, what guest hosts have you enjoyed? Or been excited about? Or been excited about and then let down?

I hope they do some sort of physical angle with Rampage.

Whoa, I didn't Liam Neeson and the guy from District 9 are in this movie. This should be cool.

Shaq as a guest host was AWESOME, and Bob Barker...

I know it was kinda juvenile and all but I really laughed at the Macgruber stuff when he was guest host also liked Shaq alot

Thought Rampage should be awesome

lol yeah, if you think Liam Neeson is showing up on a wrestling program, you're certifiably insane.

Same could have been said for Buzz Aldrin :-\

I liked it when Ventura was around. Bret Hart was incredible as well since I never expected it to happen. Bob Barker was actually entertaining to watch.

Ventura was far and away the greatest guest host ever. I'd give my left ball to have him as permanent GM.

I'm excited about the A-Team. And I didn't know that the District 9 guy (Sharlito Copley) was sporting an accent the whole movie. Interesting stuff....i'd laugh if he talked about the fwooking prawns that he talks about in district 9 when he comes to Raw.

WHERE THE FAWK IS MY SUMMERFEST?!? Seriously though I though Seth Green was suprisingly one of the better ones since he seemed more involved and knew the product more. Must admit Bob Barker did a remarkable job considering how old he is. As for disappointments there hasn't really been any that have stood out for me guess I knew ZZ Top and MacGruber would blow chunks. As for better then I was expecting i'd actually have to go with Freddie Prince Jr. sure dude worked in the business but he still managed to surprise me.

I thought that it was only Bradley Cooper, Quinton Rampage Jackson and Sharlito Copely. I didn't know Liam Neeson was going to be on that's awesome if he is. I would love if the Rock somehow was on next week, but Liam Neeson going through the backstage area like his character in Taken would be awesome.

Liam Neeson is not going anywhere near a wrestling program

Rammsteinmad
06-01-2010, 09:31 PM
Okay I didn't watch Raw or nothing, just saw on wwe.com that the A-Team would be. Why won't Liam Neeson be on Raw? This ruins it for me as he was the person I was most looking forward to seeing.

A) Because they are advertising it as only the Three

B) Liam would not stoop to the levels of B level celebrity to pander to the WWE audience to promote a film. He takes acting too seriously (So why he is in the A team to begin with I dont get)

C) After his wife died of head trauma he probably doesnt want to be around people getting RKOed

Rammsteinmad

Ah man, they're only advertising the three? I didn't realise... ok I'm no longer excited. :(

Seems pretty obvious that he likes to associate himself with as many franchises as possible since that he can live off the royalties for the rest of his life.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this.

Being certifiably insane, I take offense that you would insult my people so.

Dule Hill was the best host IMO. Even though a lot of people didn't know who he was, he worked the crowd, had great poise and delivery, and best of all he didn't fuck up.

Fuck Liam Neeson, Im watching for Rampage and Bradley Cooper.

Although 'Page wont be allowed to say anything about UFC.

And Bradley Cooper wont be funny.

SlickyTrickyDamon
06-02-2010, 11:30 PM
They will talk about UFC. Some random heel (I'm guessing Jericho or the Miz) will bad mouth him for losing his fight this past weekend. Then Rampage will get in their face and set up some sort of match that will be ruined by the Great Khali or the Gobbley Gooker. (EDIT: Or the Gobbley Cooper maybe?!)

Cooper will try to be funny, but probably phone in the performance like Ashton did. Cooper is probably one of the biggest movie stars around right now. He's a big "get" for the WWE.

No Woody Harrelson though? That's a real shame.

According to eWrestlingNews.com, Rob Zombie is tentatively scheduled to guest-host the June 28 edition of "WWE Raw"

Damn I totally forgot about Shatner I knew he'd be a good host but I wasn't expecting so much comic relief easily in top 5 for me know if only they can get Patrick Stewart on the show lmao. Brady was no suprise to me as being good as well as his is an improv comic afterall but you could still tell he wasn't as knowledgable of WWE. Remember there was another big screwup other than the Piven one but I can't remember what it was know I think someone screwed up a Superstar's name and no I'm not thinking of Adamley saying Jeff Harvey either it was way more recent.

The only possible saving grace for next weeks show, is the hope that Rampage will have a live mic.:y:

Would have been funny if Rampage would have lost to Evans by Submission and the crowd started to chant "You tapped out" at the WWE event.
