You know, I love Patrick Stewart, and yes 75% of that love comes from Star Trek. But WTF?!?! I don't get his jokes. At the same time I don't get the hype around Corden. I find him like Johnny Vegas, but not pissed and even less funny. I can handle him in like 5 minute doses. A league of their own would be better with someone like Johnny Ross doing it... The way I read it was that Corden was standing there folding his arms/covering his belly. And in doing so was admitting that he "loved the Jonas Bros".

Kinda stupid to go after Corden about his weight, he's more than aware of the fact that he is fat...it's the topic of most of his jokes.

Have to question the thing about "We're stood here watching you dying". Was that a comment on Stewart's age or was it reference to how a comic can "die" on stage?

Though you can tell Sir Patrick Stewart's belly comment got to Corden in some way as after that was said, Corden buttoned up his jacket and folded his arms as to cover his belly and sortof had a look on his face that looked as if he was embarrassed/uncomfortable.

But when people cheered for (And accepted) his belly, he started to show it off.
