Says the guy who spent $300 to buy tickets to a show he didn't want to go to

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 02:32 AM
They are front row tickets dude you have to buy them well in advance. At the time I was all 'Yessssss' then the draft happened 'Noooooo'

Supreme Olajuwon
06-13-2010, 02:36 AM
you don't even know what the card is

it's in Perth, Australia. We're lucky to get 1 show a year. I'm a wrestling fan. Understand?

Supreme Olajuwon
06-13-2010, 02:46 AM
Yes, I understand perfectly. Do you know what a card is?

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 02:49 AM
yes

Supreme Olajuwon
06-13-2010, 02:51 AM
And has the card been announced?

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 02:52 AM
i just assume it will be the same as last year. Coz thats how WWE rolls.

Supreme Olajuwon
06-13-2010, 02:53 AM
So then why did you buy tickets in the first place?

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 02:54 AM
last year was Raw tho... so the colours will be different.

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 02:55 AM
So then why did you buy tickets in the first place?

coz it's only once a year. I thought that point was made.... Clearly u didn't understand.

Supreme Olajuwon

That's because you're making no sense. You bought $300 tickets thinking the show would be good, but now want to sell them because of the draft. You don't know who's wrestling at the show, but you assume it will be the same as last year because "thats how WWE rolls."

If you assume it'll be the same as last year and that makes you not want to go, why didn't you make this assumption before you wasted $300 on tickets?

LewisTheTruest

Christ mate! Your a wrestling fan, the biggest wrestling company in the world is coming to ur town for 1 night, u buy a ticket in advance to get the best seat. Does it really matter what the card is if it's the only chance u have? Even if the card was announced it's subject to change.

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 05:09 AM
and the whole 'thats how WWE rolls' and 'the colours will be different' were jokes relating to the product. Of course it won't be the same as last year coz its a different brand and roster. I'm gonna go to the show (coz i'm a wrestling fan), I was just making a light hearted thread reflecting my current opinion of WWE and u wanna come up in here being Mr Serious about it. It's ridiculous.

Rammsteinmad

Seriously, you should go anyway. Regardless of crappy storylines, poor bookings and Bryan Danielsons release, WWE live is still great fun and the atmosphere will easily make up for it.

Plus, it's Smackdown, so you'll probably get a couple of good matches. :y:

He's a TNA mark. No one will be chanting for the Janitor and popcorn vendor so he'll feel bored as shit.

He should not go out of protest. Don't sell the ticket, just don't go. Leave a huge empty seat front row for all to see. That'll show WWE.

Also, lol at $300 (~$250USD)for a house show seat. Fucking moron for paying that much.

LewisTheTruest
06-13-2010, 11:29 AM
if i'm a moron for buying the best seats in the house so be it. I only did it coz i'm just like u. I wanted to go to a wrestling show.

What? Why would you even make this thread then?

It makes you come off as a marktard for TNA, not being a WWE or wrestling fan.

your "joke" went way over everybody's head

Xero
06-13-2010, 12:30 PM
Because it wasn't a "joke". He's just backtracking now because nobody's stupid enough to pay $250 for house show seats, which go for $75 max in the US for front row house show.

coz there are multiple shows a week in the US as opposed to once a year

I found some Central American silver coin with a 1 on it in the laundromat. I'll give you that for the ticket.

Tazz Dan

Honestly though, the tickets here are mad expensive. It cost me $300 for front row tickets a couple of years back. But then, I had HHH covered in blood get clotheslined by Ric Flair over on top of me so it was worth it.

Also had Big Show/HBK tagging, Kurt Angle vs John Cena, Viscera/Val Venis tagging, Kerwin White, Carlito when he still cared and Trish Stratus there. Good times.
