tna's got nothing to use nash for, tenay and taz are not very funny and need some humor added in.would kevin nash make a good addition to the commentary team in tna?His best stuff IMO was when the n.w.o. would take over commentary.Just a random idea i had on a slow Monday.

Taz is funny but other than that, this is not meant to be funny, go watch Tosh.0.

I don't think he would be a good announcer, he's funny but he should just retire and become a comedian or something.

Now, if you said Scott Steiner, I'd say "Hell Yeah!!"

Exactly which is why I brought up Scott Steiner.

I guess thats a good point.
It's clear that no one in this thread aside from the topic creator has ever seen WCW.
I would like to see Nash do some talking actually!

well my point is that they're gonna stick him as dixie's bodyguard or something gay like that and he IS still Kevin nash. There's always room for a heel commentator, and he could do the part time wrestling thing.

i have and i think he would be a great commentator. i saw the match between booker t and scott hall on wcw nitro in late 1997, kevin nash was on commentary with the million dollar man and someone else, kevin nash was funny on commentary

Honestly, I would rather to listen to Nash and anybody do commentary than listen to King & Cole on Raw..... Nash is very charismatic and his better in-ring days are far behind, so I think he would transition quite nicely into an announcer's role..... He could even join Tenay & Taz as the straight-out heel announcer, with Tenay being strictly face and Taz being in the middle, floating from side-to-side depending on the situation.....

Yes. I don't want to watch the man wrestle anymore, but he is funny as fuck.

He would be funny, but the formant of his voice isn't very announcer friendly. If they could make his voice more suitable then it would work. Otherwise it would be a production flaw.

I would rather they get rid of tenay. I can't stand his facial expressions or his his voice. Man I wish Heenan was healthy. I miss him.

Hell yes. Nash did commentary once on Thunder where all he did was make shoot comments and he was hilarious. If he toned that down a bit he'd be tremendous.
Best part of the show that night was La Parka all of a sudden did a run in. Tenay asked "what La Parka was doing". Nash replied " there was a bookers meeting this morning and nobody showed up". I remember hearing that and laughing my ass off, and kinda feeling bad as I was a huge WCW mark.

I wish I could find the match where I remember the MEM was "in charge" of Impact for the night. Scott Stiener was ring announcer, Booker T and Nash did commentary. He's ok as a commentator but I really dont care enough to see him on commentary.
You know what? Fuck Kevin Nash.
They need to bring in Chet Lemon.

I don't know. Kevin Nash is funny as hell, but I don't know that I could stand hearing him on a weekly basis. I'm afraid of hearing his voice all I'll hear is "blahblahblahIfuckedupGoldberg'sstreakblahblahandruinedReyMysteriobyhisunmaskingblahblahblah". I just don't know that a guy who seemingly doesn't give a damn about any wrestler other than himself and his close friends would be a good fit for a position that is suppose to elevate other wrestlers. But...a shoot interview...yes. I would love to see that if he hasn't already done one.
