To Kane the First Offical Triple Crown Champion in the WWE Winner of the ECW, WWE, and World Heavyweight Champion.
(Big Show doesn't really count because the WCW Championship doesn't follow the lineage of the World Heavyweight Championship at least according to WWE.com)
If you don't count Big Show then I don't count the ECW title as the ECW title.

Yeah. Tbh, WWE, tag team and IC will always be it to me.
If you don't count Big Show then I don't count the ECW title as the ECW title.
Well Kane is the 1st WWE Triple Crown Champion, not necessarily the 1st global champ. The latter case would be impossible to keep track of, for who are we to say only WWE, WCW and ECW were the big 3 and ignore wrestling corporations elsewhere?

It would have been awesome if Angle won the ECW belt. then he would have won every big title ever.

Yeah but he only held the WWE Championship for all of 24 hours so there about on par with one another.

Yeah I was excited when it happened. I learned a long time ago not to get my hopes up with Kane, cus something always happens. And even when he attacked Swagger after the title match, I still didn't think anything was going to happen. But I loved him winning from Rey. Just hopes he keeps it more than a day this time.

Glad Kane won the title. He deserved it after everything he's done for the company. But I don't think he will lose it, least not until Summerslam when Undertaker comes back so they can feud again, which I think is a waste of time, if Undertaker can make it back. I just hope no matter what happens, Kane gets to hold the belt for awhile.

You know, I really don't want Kane to lose the title on RAW or Smackdown... BUT, it would kinda be funny... B/C Obviously, Kane doesn't really care too much...

IMO, this is the thank you run for being a company guy all these years.
And damn, has Kane benefited from UT's injury or what? I've gotta figure that with the strap, its near certain that Kane was the one who put his brother out...Undertaker returns, reveals the truth, and takes the title off the Big Red Machine.

Or Kane beats his brother. Nah, that'll never happen. But a guy can dream. I'm a huge Kane mark, so I was glad when he won. It totally slipped my mind that Kane is the only man to have won the WWE Title, World Heavyweight Title and ECW Title. Shame the WWE decided that the ECW Title meant nothing. But good on him, nonetheless.

I like that Kane has got little records all over the place. Most eliminations in a Royal Rumble, the first man to win the WWE, World Heavyweight and ECW Championships. In retrospect, I think Kane's career will seem greater than it is watching it.
The more I think about it, the more his Money in the Bank win makes sense. The whole Swagger/Rey stuff explained Kane being there, and also his cash-in. Mysterio was never meant to have a marathon run (the dude's pretty banged up), and Kane winning gets a fairly established guy into the spotlight rather than just hot-shotting someone who isn't ready.
Also, as much as everyone is groaning at it already, this go-around between The Undertaker and Kane could be right up there with their original feud. If Kane is the guy who put Taker in his vegetative state, it'll probably be the craziest Kane has ever been. There's also been subtle hints to really put over Kane if he is behind it. "No one man could do that to The Undertaker...wait, Kane did it by himself? Shit, that man's a beast."
If they face each other anywhere else other than WrestleMania, I hope that Taker actually puts Kane over, just to make this run as World Champion mean something, and to give his kayfabe baby brother that one definitive moment against him.
Not really sure how I feel about Kane's win last night.
On one hand he does deserve it after so long with the company with pretty much his 24 hour WWE Title win back in 98 the only thing of real value in his career.
But my immediate thought was "They don't need to have the title involved in the Taker/Kane fued, there's enough build anyway". I guess the thought behind it is that in Taker's absence Kane has become champion, Kane took his brother out of the way to get to the top (much like the HHH masterminded th nit and run on Stone Cold).
I just think the title could be used elsewhere on the show to give two strong storylines on SmackDown! I might be wrong, but coming off the back of MitB, are there any ongoing fueds on SmackDown? Christian/Hardy maybe?

I think they'll go with Kofi Kingston vs. "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, Matt Hardy vs. Christian and maybe CM Punk vs. Big Show. They're all relatively new.

CM Punk has a good chance to become one aswell

As much bullshit as Kane has had to deal with over the last 15+ years with this company, he deserves this and more.
Honestly, the WWE has fucked up no one elses pushes as much as they have Kane, time and again.

This built Rey up pretty well all things considered. After a grueling match with Swagger it took the Big Red Machine to end his title reign.

If Ray Mastrio getting the belt was in appreciation for him sticking around when Taker went down around Extreme Rules (when it was Ray that injured Taker with his knee brace), then this run for Kane needs to be FULL of EPICNESS.
