I've never been much of a Nash fan. This past Friday I was at a TNA event and witnessed an abortion they called Kevin Nash vs Jeff Jerrett. About a minute into the match I decided to count how many moves Nash did. My total came to 6. Then Nash blew the finish and I think everyone was happy that they left. That match had no pops. Now obviously I can't judge him based on this match alone, but throughout his career I haven't noticed a plethora of moves from Nash. I've also noticed that he tends to come out on top most of the time and rarely bleeds. (JJ did go over on him when I saw them though) It's like he's phoning it in now a days. At least a decade ago he was fun to listen to on the mic. That is his saving point to me. His mic work is pretty good. Still, I don't see anything above a 4-5 rank coming from me.

I gave him a 6, you were spot on on his 6 moves, so I gave him a point per move.

5. Not in the upper tier of guys if you ask me. If he weren't a big man, he would have never gotten where he was.
I do love his mic work though. Always gets me laughing...even when its not supposed to.

He was watchable in the 90's, and definitely had charisma, but he was carried through all his 'good' matches.

And you condemn me for liking Mortal Kombat: Annihilation? :nono:

The only reason this guy gave him a 6 was due to his charisma on the mic... And I like the 1 point for every move thing stated above!

Would it be cheating if i offered rep for people who vote 3 or below? Nash is possibly my least favourite wrestler ever and after seeing that he's actually got some '10' votes i'm not feeling generous anymore

No offense fella, but I'm not sure if your rep would mean much to anyone just yet.

How does this man not have more higher scores? Were half of you born during his WWF run? He did great things as Diesel and even more in his nWo run.

A solid 7.5.... I like him, so I rounded up to 8.

Would be a six without his involvement in the NWO storyline in WCW. No matter what happens in years to come, his place will be held in history because of his involvement in WCW surpassing WWF in terms of TV ratings and product quality.

I'll say 7.5, voting 7. Really solid on the mic, and part of arguably the biggest storyline in wrestling history. Never had a problem with his work in the ring, but then again, wasn't anywheres near fantastic either. I'm rounding down for the backstage shenanigans in the later WCW years.

I appreciate the fact the man has been around a considerable time, worked some memorable matches (thanks to his opponents), and been a key player in some significant matches.
But has he ever really done anything? It's like he's just lucked into being in the right place (or friends with the right person) at the right time.

If someone votes a 9 we'll have the first ever rank a wrestler with a vote for every number.

The fuck? Are you serious? The nWo was the start of the change for the wrestling business. And before anyone says anything about Hogan, the nWo would have worked without him. Hogan was just smart enough to get on board with it.
Also, how can you say he's had great matches then question what he's done? Sure, he had great matches over time with HBK, Bret, Taker, HHH etc. But they all had great matches with each other also...

Gotta love "Big Sexy".
He also got bonus points for being pretty damn enjoyable in TNA (especially his storyline with the X-Division).

I gave him an extra point for getting Vinnie Vegas over (at least with me), but his ring work was average at best, and I honestly got tired of Diesel before he turned heel.
Best years were definatly with the NWO, but as someone else said already, his back stage politicing leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I know, but it's the only thing I have!
10. Largest grossing champion in the history of the business including merchandise, over $100 million as the Diesel character. Over $300 million with the nWo. Great worker, incredible mic skills, probably one of the most handsome guys ever to wrestle. Great physique, pure champion. Probably the only guy worthy of an 11.

Wow... On the numbers not the 11... WWE made over $100 million on the Diesel character?? That's amazing...

I was going to pick 7, but then I remembered his booking. So, he got taken down two points for that.

I would have given him a 10, but then I noticed Dan had. Nash is the reason I gave TD the nickname Big Sexy when we first met. He may not mention it but all his mates still call him that to this day.
He's one one of the few I enjoyed watching when I did.

Greatest wrestler of all time.
Utter fucking shit.
If I could drop trou and take a dump on this tread I fucking would.
Nash is corny and horrendous on the mic and the laziest worker of all time. That HIAC match with Trips was the drizzling shits.
Doesn't matter that it was the drizzling shits, what matters is that there were probably 113,000 people there that night.
