View Full Version : Miz is going to TNA

In a shades similar to past incidents with Kofi Kingston and Ken Anderson, Randy Orton was visibly upset with The Miz following his match against Jey Uso during the July 26th RAW.
After hitting the RKO on Sheamus, Miz entered the ring to tease cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase. “The Viper” then hit the RKO on Miz and was unable to hide his frustration. The word coming out of the show is that Orton felt Miz was positioned in a manner that indicated he was about to be hit with the signature maneuver.
Similarly, Orton angrily reacted during a bout with Kingston last January when the Ghanaian grappler messed up the timing of the finish. Orton was seen on-camera shouting “stupid,” among other obscenities, towards him. It is said that Kingston’s “main event” push at the time was single handedly derailed due to the incident. Likewise, Anderson’s untimely dismissal from World Wrestling Entertainment last year was largely attributed to Orton, as a result of the former Mr. Kennedy inadvertently dropping “The Viper” on his head with a back suplex. Orton later admitted to complaining to management about Anderson’s in-ring work, which was the primary reason for his release from the organization.

Even if Orton is mad I doubt WWE will fire the Miz because he has to much going for him. The fans actually pay attention when he is out in the ring and on the mic which draws WWE money. If for some reason Miz was let go or he decided to leave WWE, I just can't see him in TNA. Wrestling for the WWE was always the Miz' dream and it came true. I think he has enough loyalty to WWE no matter what happens.

Miz WWE Champion soon enough because HE'S THE MIZ! AND HE'S AWESOME!!!!

I think if Miz was in any sort of trouble, or was going to receive any punishment, he would have lost much more decisively to Orton on Monday.

Actually, I thought the random "swing n' a miss into an RKO" finish during their match was more obvious than Miz standing in the ring corner waiting to cash in, lol.

Miz will end up in TNA the very episode after he wins the WWE title on RAW, and proceed to place the WWE and U.S. Championships and his briefcase in the garbage, and the "Wars" of old will be re-ignited. :shifty:

Yes, your signature is far too long, sir.

Regarding the news though I think Randy needs to act his age. He also needs to stop that ridiculous 'dancing' he does when he makes a comeback in a match these days.

I've just watched the video back of Miz being RKO'd and I can't see a problem with his positioning myself. Does anybody else see it?

Nope. But you have to remember that the accuser here is the wrestler who...

When triple H got injured, Orton ran into the ring brandishing a chair, looked at triple H, and ran out of the ring again.

In his match with Kennedy, which purportedly got kennedy fired, Orton looked like the sloppy dangerous one, not kennedy.

and MOST damning, he injured himself by punching the mat.

This story is just more evidence that Orton is a prick, and that Miz is actually awesome.

Gerard

The word coming out of the show is that Orton felt Miz was positioned in a manner that indicated he was about to be hit with the signature maneuver.

Yeah because orton would never do hit his finisher outside of a sanctioned match and nobody was expecting him to...

If true i think Orton needs to fuck up and stop crying, i think his heads so far up his own hole he actually thinks he IS the "viper". :foc:

I want to say this:

If Orton acted the way he does in an Indy fed, he wouldn't be able to job in front of 25 people at the local high school, even if those 25 "people" included 14 wrestlers, 1 t-shirt guy, the referee, the janitor, and 8 people in the audience.

People wouldn't know something is fucked up unless he was screaming "Stupid" and making an ass out of himself in the middle of the ring.

If he were anyone else, and if Vince wasn't in such dire need of stars, he'd be in no man's land right next to Teddy Hart.

Orton can definitely be a big baby about shit like this. Rather than just keep it in, he throws tantrums and yells "STUPID!" etc.

Furthermore, LOL @ him getting mad about Miz "giving away" the RKO when Orton hits an RKO literally every week.

That explains him yelling "YOU MOTHER FFFFFUCKER", just like he did with Kennedy and Kofi.

Xero
08-07-2010, 10:46 AM
I don't really see how Miz was "set up" for the RKO. He was in a position so it looked like he was ready to pounce. If anything, Orton was to blame when he gave him that little slap to correct his positioning.

Supreme Olajuwon
08-07-2010, 11:07 AM
I thought the slap made it better. But now that I know it's because Randy was being a crybaby, it's ruined.

"You Mother Fucker" isn't very PG.

Orton's going to say something or do something on camera that a sponsor isn't going to like one day, and we'll see if Vince punishes him proper.

Assuming this is true, Orton's the problem, not the others.

Orton is a dick.He got Anderson fired for no reason at all,and now he's pulling the same thing with Miz.The only reason why is that he's worried about his spotlight.Anderson came back to a HUGE pop on raw and Randy got upset.Miz has been getting over huge now.I think it has something to do with the style of their characters.Randy wants to be the only cocky, smirky, badass type guy. Cena's the "Hogan" type and i guess Randy thinks he's Stone Cold.

P.S.-He's not...never will be.He's a fake imatation and I hope Big Show steps on his calcium deficient collar bone, and finishes the job.

There's an obvious double standard between the top guys and everyone else. Nothing short of Randy raping Steph will get him fired or de- pushed.

Seeing the post-match RKO on RAW when it occurred did seem a bit odd because Orton slaps the Miz when he's never done that before with the RKO. At first I thought maybe it was part of a taunt but the slap must have been him being upset and not actually part of the segment.

Only way Orton could be upset would have been when Orton has to walk back and forth outside the ring while the Miz suddenly moves into position and Orton has to walk back to the spot. Since Miz never looks behind, Orton is the one who gives up what occurs next.

Orton's just pissed cuz he's knows the awesomeness of Miz will pwn his ass after he's beaten Sheamus for the WWE Championship he's gone and bitched one too many times I'm afraid now it's gonna cost him.

Mr. Nerfect
08-08-2010, 12:54 AM
Watching that video, I can't see why Orton would be pissed off with The Miz. But then again, I'm not a professional wrestler. I guess it's possible that The Miz angled himself wrong, as he was in the moment and might have gotten too carried away looking like he was about to pounce Sheamus which is why Orton had to slap him into position for the RKO? I dunno. I know that the report says that Orton was pissed that The Miz gave away the RKO, but he really didn't, so maybe it's something else.

When Orton is on his game, he is pretty fucking great. People involved in the business seem to think so anyway. It's hard to find anyone who knows the business who says that Orton is terrible; but the guy fucks up like anyone else. He needs to take a fucking chill pill. The guy actually gives it away with his behaviour, rather than the guy making the actual mistake. Wrestling is scripted, but the best guys out there can improvise when they need to. Orton seems like the kind of guy who will throw down a mic during a promo because the other guy swaps out a word.

I can't even see the guy ending up on SmackDown! later this year when they decide to randomly send some guys there to boost it for SyFy. Actually, I can. Some longer, better matches under The Miz's belt would do him good, and it'd be interesting to see him cash in the briefcase randomly on RAW after he's been blue for a while.
