+18 at the Bridgestone, at a place he won 7 of the previous 10 times. So whats everyone think lies ahead for the guy? Should he shut it down for the year? Will he catch Jack at 18 majors?

I'm far from a huge golf fan, but his rise and fall is such a compelling story. I could really give a shit about his affairs (its his life, he's a bad person, whatever), but the ridiculous drop off in his game is just, well, ridiculous.

I think he should keep trucking along...if he takes time off, the spotlight will be on him even more when he eventually comes back. He needs to work on his game, keep playing, and try to block out the demons. Seems like the guy is crushed that he's no longer beloved and has all of this negative scrutiny on him...taking time away won't fix the fact that he's psyching himself out.

He's going to win majors again, but I think he's done being the dominant force that he once was.

I say he wins 19 or 20. That's probably a little low to, but he wont win 25 like everyone thought he was going to do.

He'll get back on top, needs to just play through all of this. If he walks away to try and comeback the comeback will be even more hyped up.

I love how he grows out a fake looking beard to complete his Star Trek heel turn

Too early ro say he's fallen. He's going through a tone of stuff. Time will tell if he recovers. Which I (sadly) think he will. (never liked him)

I agree with Hero. I never cared for him, but I think he'll be back on top before long. He probably won't get back to winning every tournament like he was, but he has quite a few wins left in him.

I live about 2 minutes from where the Ryder Cup's gonna be so I hope he makes it on the team so he can suck for USA and then watch him pull some dirty Newport slags.

That is all.

Love how everyone keeps saying 'the next tournament will turn things round for him' 'the ryder cup is just what he needs' etc and then he fucks up again.

I think you guys are right, but it'll take him some time to get back 'on the horse.' Probably going to be a snowball effect, where he falls into winning some rinky-dink event and gains confidence from there.

I don't think he believes in himself at this point, and with everyone watching and not rooting for him, he's buckling under the pressure.

There are also a lot of new younger talented players coming up. Tiger is a victim of his own success, as these 'kids' grew up watching and emmulating him, now he has to compete with a newer, more athletic generation of golfers.
