Vintage Championship Wrestling has widened the gap between themselves and second place Superb Championship Wrestling. Dead Wrong Wrestling still hovers in the middle of the pack. Lethal Action Wrestling jumps up a spot from fifth to forth after a pretty poorly scored round from This Is Wrestling. There's still plenty of game left, though, and remember, all points will be DOUBLED in the pay per view round, so it's really anybody's game.

This week, all of the judges were kind enough to contribute their STAR POWER rankings as well. Listed below are the results of those:

*****

Jay Lethal (VCW) = 24 PTS
Kurt Angle (SCW) = 18 PTS
Rhino (DWW) = 17 PTS
Triple H (VCW) = 16 PTS
The Miz (DWW) = 16 PTS

The Deadly Dudleyz (VCW) = 1 PT

*****

I went ahead and tabulated points for every single entity that was ranked by any of the judges for the Star Power rankings. These points are NOT cumlitave and can be COMPLETELY different next week. They won't count for anything until the pay-per-view round where the TOP FIVE stars from week four will earn bonus points for their company by appearing on the PPV card.

-------
* If you are a judge, DO NOT VOTE ON THE PUBLIC POLL. I will accept your official rankings in the social group, along with your STAR POWER RANKINGS. Please discuss your opinions in this thread, though.

* If you are a booker, DO NOT VOTE ON THE PUBLIC POLL.

* Anyone else, you are more than welcome to vote in the public poll (encouraged, even), but it would be greatly appreciated if you didn't do so until YOU READ ALL FIVE SHOWS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. Thanks in advance.

OK, enough jibba jabba. I'll start posting the shows in just a few minutes here. Please DO NOT VOTE OR POST IN THIS THREAD UNTIL ALL FIVE SHOWS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THIS IS WRESTLING

Video Package #1
The show starts with a video package of last weeks show. The video package shows the confrontation between Mick Foley and The Undertaker resulting in Samoa Joe taking The Undertaker by surprise and choking him out followed by the announcement of Joe vs. Taker at the Back to Basics PPV. Then the video package switches to a recap of the triple threat main event from last week. It shows the multiple high flying maneuvers and the close calls until finally showing Christian hitting the Killswitch on Rob Van Dam. The post match handshake between Styles, Van Dam, and Christian is then shown being broken up by the faction of Sheamus, McIntyre, and Ziggler. Sheamus hits the Celtic Cross on Christian and says he’ll see him at Back to Basics. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler get in his face and the video package ends.
Time: 1:30

Segment #1
Live! In the sold out TD Garden Sheamus stands in the middle of the ring with boos raining down on him. He is accompanied in the ring by Drew McIntyre at one side and Dolph Ziggler on the other. Sheamus has the mike and begins to talk.

Sheamus admits to the fans that he Dolph and Drew got a little heated at the end of last weeks show and anytime you’re dealing with one championship and three men you’re going to have problems. He than talks about how cooler heads have prevailed and that they has a revalation, something that they hadn’t thought of before. Though it is difficult to have three men vying for one championship, it is far easier to have three mean vying for three championships. Sheamus then goes on to talk about how Mick Foley stated that the winner of their triple threat match gets a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship, however the losers of the match gets a shot against AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam (the losers of the previous triple threat match) for the World Tag Team Championship. Since none of us are losers, Sheamus goes on to say, we’re going to forgo our match tonight. Sheamus then reveals that he’ll be taking on Christian for the World Heavyweight Championship and Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre will take on AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam for the World Tag Team Championship. They all seem very proud of themselves when…

Foley comes out onto the stage to a chorus of boos. He tells Sheamus that he makes the decisions in TIW not Sheamus. He goes on to tell him that since the three of them have conspired to ruin his main event they are none of them getting a title shot at Back to Basics unless they earn it. Mick Foley then says that since Dolph and Drew don’t want a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship he’ll give it to someone who does. Foley announces the main event of the show will be Sheamus versus Samoa Joe for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.

Foley then says to announce what will be done with the TIW World Tag Team Championship picture is the newest member of the announce team, and a man the trio in the ring put out of action two weeks ago Kevin Nash!

Kevin Nash comes out on crutches and says that all the tag teams in TIW will be in action tonight including Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. Who ever impresses Mick Foley the most with their performance will compete for the championship at Back to Basics. He then says that Dolph and Drew will be wrestling next. Before Kevin Nash goes to the announce table he promises that sooner or later Scott Hall and Sean Waltman will come to TIW and teach Dolph and Drew a lesson.
Time: 7:30

Match #1
Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre are in the ring and some bad techno music begins to play and out on the entrance ramp comes Orlando Jordan, Okuda and Melina. Orlando and Okuda are wearing small rainbow tights and Melina is wearing a fairly revealing gold dress.

Ring Announcer: Tony Chimel
This match is schedualed for one fall with a twenty minute time limit. Coming to the ring weighing in at a total combined weight of 468 pounds, accompanied by Melina, the team of Andro and Miki they are the Rainbow Coalition!

Kevin Nash
Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t that Orlando Jordan and Okada? What did Chimel call them, is he drunk again?

Josh Matthews
From the notes I have here this is the newest signee from Mick Foley. Orlando wants to be called Andro now and he’s now calling Kazuchika Okada, Miki.

Kevin Nash
Andro and Miki… Sounds kinda…

Josh Matthews
Andro is short for androgynous which I assume is self explanatory. Miki is a Japanese pet name meaning “flower stalk” which is symbolic for supporting beauty.

Kevin Nash
Lovely team Foley has picked up here.

Josh Matthews
Don’t let the names fool you Andro is a former Gold Gloves winner and Miki is a heck of a young athlete that’s competed extensively in New Japan Pro Wrestling. These guys have the skills to give anyone a tough day at the office. Then you factor in that Melina is a former manager of tag team champions before and you’d be best served not to sleep on this team.

Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre versus The Rainbow Coalition (w. Melina)
Dolph and Andro start out the match. Dolph starts the match by laughing at his opponent which quickly stops when Andro cracks him in the face. Dolph comes at Andro quickly but gets reversed into a roll up for a quick 1 count until Dolph reverses him for a 1 count as well. Dolph then controls Andro with a wrist lock and tags in Drew McIntyre. Drew comes in and batters Andro for a bit until Andro gets Drew in a leg scissors and begins to buck him hips towards Drew’s face. Drew quickly escapes the hold and goes to the corner where Dolph talks to him and tries to psyche him back up. Andro then tags in Miki. Miki doesn’t have much success against Drew as he is out sized and out maneuvered. Drew uses a series of power moves to batter Miki.

He then tags in Dolph to also pick apart Miki. Dolph seems less concerned with beating Miki then he does with humiliating him. Dolph steps on his face and grinds the heel of his boot on the forehead. Andro starts the fans clapping as a way to get Miki back into the match. The fans clap and cheer The Rainbow Coalition mostly cheering against Dolph and Drew though. Dolph talks trash to the crowd and blows a snot rocket on Miki as he tags Drew back in. Drew then tries to humiliate Miki as well but has less success as Miki fights back until he finally hits a belly to back suplex. As Miki inches to for the tag Drew tags in Dolph who catches Miki just in time. However, Miki hits an enzugiri to free himself for the hot tag. Andro takes out Dolph with a right and then the returning Drew with a left. He then hits Dolph with three lefts and a right knocking Dolph to the ground he then picks up Dolph and hits the running power slam. 1… 2… and Drew makes it back in the ring for the save.

Miki makes it back in the ring and the three brawl as the referee desperately tries to get control. In the melee Dolph hits Miki with the Zig Zag and Miki rolls to the outside. Dolph and Drew then batter Orlando for a minute. Drew then sets Andro up in Hangman Neckbreaker as Dolph ascends the turnbuckle setting up their double team finisher call The Perfect Choice. Just as they’re about to hit it the Wolfpack’s music comes on. Drew and Dolph look to the stage and are shocked, but no one comes out. Miki the comes back and pushed Dolph off the top rope into the ring and Andro reverses Drew and tosses him the oth outside. Andro and Miki then both ascend opposite turnbuckles and come off the top with a fair of missle drop kicks to Dolph who has just got his footing. Andro goes for the pin and gets the three count.
Winner: The Rainbow Coalition

Josh Matthews
And The Rainbow Coalition pull of the upset with a move they like to call the “Bi Bi Birdie.”

Kevin Nash
With a little help from the Wolfpack. So Josh how exactly do these two spell Bye bye? ….actually never mind that I think I know.

Segment #2
Backstage in Mick Foley’s office there is a knock in the door and then in walks Beer Money Inc. who are wearing ponchos and sombreros with fake mustaches. James Storm has a six pack of Coronas in one hand. Mick Foley sees them dressed in their get up and begins to laugh.

Robert Roode and James Strom talk about how they were perfectly content to come out and make fun of the Guerrero legacy but since there is now a spot open for the World Tag Team Championship they’d like to prove to Mick that they are the best tag team in the world. Foley then lets them know that he’s already booked them for a match against Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez. Roode and Storm seem happy about this. Roode then says “We’ll prove the only thing enduring about the Guerrero legacy is that their a bunch of losers.

Match #2
Ring Announcer: Tony Chimel
The following contest is schedualed for one fall with a twenty minute time limit. Introducing first being accompanied to the ring by Michelle McCool wresting out of West Palm Beach, Florida weighing in at 235lbs Ted DiBiase Jr.!

Ted DiBiase Jr. come to the ring dressed in a suit with Michelle McCool on his arm.

Ring Announcer: Tony Chimel
And his opponent being accompanied to the ring by Natalya wrestling out of College Station, Texas weighing in tonight at 270lbs Skip Sheffield!

Skip Sheffield comes to the ring with purpose flanked by Natalya and slides in the ring…

Skip Sheffield (w. Natalya) versus Ted DiBiase Jr. (w. Michelle McCool)
Skip rushed Ted DiBiase Jr. who has already picked up a microphone but before he could say anything Skip clothslines him three different times as DiBiase keeps getting up each time. Skip then whips DiBiase into the corner and hits him with an avalanche. Michelle McCool pulls DiBiase out of the ring and begins to massage his shoulders as Skip stands him ground in the middle of the ring. DiBiase motions for Skip to wait but Skip beckons him back to fight. DiBiase then instructs the referee to back Skip Sheffield away from the ropes. The referee does so and DiBiase hops into the ring. He reaches into his breast pocket for something but is cut off when Skip hits him with a shoulder block and then picks him up for the Over the Shoulder Bolder Holder and nails him with it for the 1… 2… 3…
Winner: Skip Sheffield

As Natalya comes in the ring to celebrate with Skip Sheffield DiBiase makes it to his feet and reaches into his breast pocket albeit a little wobbly. He pulls out a check book and a silver pen and begins to write on the check. As the referee raises Skip Sheffield’s hand DiBiase whispers into the refs ear and hands him the check. The ref then turns and asks Natalya something and she looks kinda upset. The ref then goes to the outside and talks to ring announcer Tony Chimel.

Ring Announcer: Tony Chimel
Ladies and Gentlemen I have just been informed that this decision has been reversed. Since Natalya is not an officially licensed manager her presence at ring side is tantamount to cheating thus… The winner of this match as a result of a disqualification Ted DiBiase Jr.!

As the referee runs from ringside stuffing a check in his pocket. Skip turns from Tony Chimel, who in the confusion caught his ire, to Ted. He slowly walks towards Ted with menacing purpose and just as he’s about to hit Ted Ted holds up a signed check at Sheffield which stops him in his tracks. DiBiase then hands the check over to Sheffield. As Skip is examining it DiBiase calls for the mic and says that if Sheffield hits him he’ll void the check straight away. He then implores Sheffield to consider what money can do to his career. He then says that he literally bought a win tonight and that is just the tip of the iceburg

Skip looks hesitant at first but when Ted takes the check from him and add another zero to it Sheffield shakes him head and extends his hand. DiBiase and Sheffield shake hands as Michelle McCool looks very pleased and Natalya does not look happy. DiBiase then whispers in Sheffield ear who nods in agreement. Sheffield then turns to Natalya and boots her in the stomach and then picks her put and drives her into the mat with the Over the Shoulder Bolder Holder.

Josh Matthews
What a disgusting display by Skip Sheffield! I can’t believe that he’d join Ted DiBiase Jr. and do that to a woman. Natalya is probably the toughest woman here in TIW but she’s no match for a 270lb beast like Sheffield.

Kevin Nash
Ted DiBiase Jr. must have given him a heck of a lot of money and all she did was get him disqualified from a match he clearly dominated. Where would your loyalty lie?

Segment #3
Christian walks into Mick Foley’s office as David Otunga is walking out. David Otunga is wearing an orange pimp suit complete with cane and fedora. Christian gives Otunga a curious glance as the two pass by one another.

Christian comes in concerned that he isn’t on the card tonight and that Foley should realize that he doesn’t want to make the Peepulation angry, and demands a match for tonight to show off his skills and get ready for the World Championship shot at Back to Basics. Foley says the only wrestler that isn’t schedualed tonight is Vladimir Kozlov. Christian says he’ll face Kozlov and Foley warns against it since Kozlov isn’t really a “warm up match.” Christian says that Samoa Joe beat him and David Otunga last week, he can’t be that difficult. Foley then says “But Samoa Joe is…” before Foley can finish the sentence Christian says “Book the match” and storms out.
Time: 3:00

Ezekial and Shad don’t look too happy with this news and Ezekial then asks “Why would you want to be out manager after what Joe did to us.” Otunga explains that the two of them lost because they had no guidance and they had no trust in one another. He then goes on to talk about how with his guidance and strategies they could dominate TIW. Otunga then gives a rundown of his credentials such as being a Harvard graduate and a lawyer. Segment #5
Samoa Joe is against a black backdrop and he begins to talk about legacies. He states that because of how he looks and where he’s wrestled he’s never really gotten the chance to build on his legacy. He has had to prey off of weak unskilled wrestlers and thus his legacy has been in a state of arrested development. He has been a big fish in a small pond, but now he’s in the big pond and he’s looking to make a gigantic impact. He says that he has no ill will against The Undertaker. He doesn’t hate him nor does he really want to hurt him, but he will. As for any elegance he has with Mick Foley, Samoa Joe states he has none. He talks bout Foley is another man that had to jump from the small pond to the big pond to cement his legacy. He continues by saying that Foley serves as a prototype for him because when Foley wanted to make a name for himself he went after The Undertaker and that’s exactly what he plans on doing.

He then goes on to talk about his match with Sheamus tonight and how Sheamus is a hungry young athlete himself but when he faces him tonight everyone will see just who is hungrier. Samoa Joe says that the match with Sheamus is a different dynamic than his match at Back to Basics because in tonight’s match he is the vet and will prove it by winning the day. He says then at Back to Basics he’ll beat the Undertaker and Christian in one night to cement himself as the TIW Legend.

AJ takes offense to Van Dam saying “he will beat them” and Van Dam laughs it off. But continues to brag about how great a wrestler he is and no matter who he faces it doesn’t matter. Sheamus walks to the ring with purpose.

Kevin Nash
He looks like he’s serious tonight. I got to admit that even though those three are going to get theirs sooner rather than later its shows guts by him that he’s not flanked by those two goofs.

Josh Matthews
Well, I think he’s sick like a lot of the locker room of hearing how dominant Samoa Joe is and he’s out to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt he’s the real force here in TIW.

Ring Announcer: Tony Chimel
And his opponent wresting out of the isle of Samoa weighing in at 280lbs Samoa Joe!

For a Shot at the TIW World Heavyweight Championship at Back to Basics

Now he's fired up and he puts on the choke and just as he locks it on Tony Chimel announces there are 30 seconds left in the time limit. The crowd boos as Joe locks in the choke harder. 20 seconds left and Sheamus shows no signs of tapping. 15 seconds and Joe releases the hold rolls out of the ring and gets in Tony Chimel’s face not happy with him telling Sheamus how close the match is to being over thus giving him hope to survive. Joe punches Tony Chimel in the face and no longer has to worry about the time limit.

As Joe rolls back in the ring he is nailed by a Brouge Kick for the one two thr… no foot on the rope and Sheamus can’t believe it. Sheamus pulls Joe to his feet and is about to put him up for the Celtic Cross but Joe fights back. He sets Sheamus up in the corner for another face wash when the lights go out. A gong is heard and when the lights are on The Undertaker is in the ring! Joe is not intimatated and goes chest to chest with the dead man. Joe punches Taker and as Taker winds up to fire back Sheamus pushes Joe out of the way and takes the blow himself thus getting Samoa Joe disqualified.
Winner: Sheamus

After the match The Undertaker and Samoa Joe brawl all over ring side as Sheamus points to his head indicating how smart he is. As this happens Christian’s music hits and he just stands at the top of the ramp as the show goes off the air.

LETHAL ACTION WRESTLING

John Cena is out with the microphone. He talks about how he is here to reclaim what is his, the title. He never lost it. Last week was a step in the right direction but he won’t be happy until the job is done. He begins to talk about how the championship belongs to him...

Wade Barrett interrupts. He states he is in the tournament because the powers that be finally opened their eyes and came to their senses. He has dominated thus far and that won’t stop on account of a corporate creation derailed.

Desmond Wolfe is out to put in his two cents. He tells Cena to shut his mouth, that he deserves nothing. He wants the final tournament spot. Gorman comes on the tron and says he had his chance, but LAW is all about new beginnings. Tonight he will get another chance in a gauntlet. As for the others, he has different plans.

John Cena/Chris Jericho backstage segment. Jericho wishes Cena good luck in their match. Cena looks confused. Chris Jericho says “Didn’t you know? We have a tag match together against the Harts next, junior. Compliments of The Boss. What’s the matter? You’re not in the loop around here?”
He smirks and walks away.

John Cena/Chris Jericho vs Hart Dynasty
Jericho and Cena have trouble working together, and Hart Dynasty takes it to them early. Eventually, they get on the same page. Jericho tags in Cena for a house of fire. Chris Jericho hits the codebreaker on Cena. Cena takes a Hart Attack for the pinfall. He looks pissed.

Assassin Michael Tarver promo.
Tarver drags his lead pipe along the railing in the boiler room. He says last week was just a taste of what kind of practices he’s available for. He says he did his job, he did it well, and he collected his paycheck in the morning. But who paid him? Part of good business is confidentiality. He puts out the word that he will do what he wants, when he wants, and the highest bidder should take notice.
Gorman and Gallows look on their tv screen in disapproval. Gorman says if he wants to make a living around here he has to wrestle too. He is in action next week.

Zack Ryder and Eli Cottonwood vs Justin Gabriel and Yoshi Tatsu
Eli Cottonwood takes the pinfall when he can’t bring himself to touch Zack Ryder for the hot tag.

Matt Morgan attacks Alex Riley. D’Angelo Dinero tries to stop him and he powerbombs him through a table full of catering. He screams, attacks several referees and leaves.

Wade Barrett is out to ringside for commentary.

Desmond Wolfe vs Santino Marella
Wolfe toys with Santino a bit, and pins him.

Desmond Wolfe vs Justin Gabriel
Gabriel comes out hot, and takes Wolfe off guard. Wolfe eventually gains control and picks up the easy win.

Desmond Wolfe vs John Cena
Cena is out and Wolfe looks shocked. This is not what he bargained for. Cena hits the ring, and Wolfe rolls out to collect himself.

The two have a back and forth contest until Chris Jericho comes down the ramp to observe. Cena keeps an eye on him. Jericho wanders over to the commentary desk and starts to direct quips at the announce team, and Barrett.

Cena climbs to the top for the leg drop, but Jericho distracts him. Wolfe scores the Tower of London and pinfall on Cena. Cena goes to attack Jericho but Barrett lays him out. Jericho cozies up to Barrett in appreciation but Barrett tries to hit the wasteland on him.

Jericho looks startled and tries to calm Barrett before sprinting into the crowd. Wolfe staggers up the ramp celebrating. Cena is left in the ring.

DEAD WRONG WRESTLING

[The British Tigers stand in the ring, Daffney is resting in the corner wearing a neck-brace. Magnus pulls the microphone up to his lips and begins.]

Magnus: Rob and I have been working together for quite some time now. From our days in the Global Elite in the now defunct TNA through our tour of the American indies up until and through our acquisition by Dead Wrong Wrestling. We have wrestled all over the world, won championships, defeated would-be warriors in arenas and your high-school gymnasiums alike.

[Magnus stops a moment to stroke his chin thoughtfully.]

Magnus: Last week we were assaulted by the psychopath known as “Rhino” and as a result of that brutal and completely uncalled for attack my lovely girlfriend Daffney is wearing a neck-brace tonight.

[Cut to the announce table where an absurdly dressed Raven and the Stud-muffin Joel Gertner exchange glances.]

Joel Gertner: I’m not sure if Magnus’ memory of this is correct. I specifically recall him and Daffney attacking Rhino before, during and after the match. Tell me I’m wrong Raven…

Raven: You’re wrong.

[Back to the ring where Magnus is now leaning casually over the top rope.]

Magnus: How RUDE.

When The Miz dropped Rey Mysterio on his head in what clearly was an accident he was placed on a one-week suspension, Rhino on the other hand gets placed higher in contention for the DWW World Title. Terry Funk…are you mad? Or are you just another redneck deviant like the rest of these people? [Loud boos.] Shut up Atlanta, the only good thing to ever go off in this city was a goddamned bomb. [Even louder boos. The fans start throwing trash into the ring.]

Voice: Wait a minute…

[Evan Bourne appears at the entrance-way in street-clothes.]

Bourne: You got embarrassed last week by Rhino and now you come out here and insult the crowd. You try to re-write history and pretend that not only what you tried and failed to do with Rhino was an assault on yourselves but, you cross the line and play off The Miz’s attempt to end the career of Rey Mysterio was an accident.

Magnus: Nice job stating the obvious, jack-ass.

Bourne: The only thing obvious here is that you don’t have what it takes to compete for any of the World Titles. That you’re not even human enough to register sympathy for another wrestler, you can talk all you like Magnus but, if you want to prove something why not do it right now, in the ring.

Magnus: Is that a challenge?

[Bourne pulls his shirt off and heads to the ring. A referee runs out behind him and the bell is rung.]

Joel Gertner: Well, well, well, if you’ve got an hour I’ve got the power. I’m Joel “you will marvel at the size when I’m in between your thighs” GERTNER!

Raven: And I’m JUST-IN-Credible!

Joel Gertner: And this match is on!

Match Summary:

Rob Terry and Daffney exit the ring reluctantly as Bourne slides into the ring and is met with a flurry of stomps by Magnus. Magnus pulls Bourne to his feet then whips him hard into the corner and delivers a series of brutal European uppercuts before pulling him into the center of the ring and nailing a snap-suplex for a 1-count.

Magnus with a headlock, Bourne squirms out and nails a round-house kick to the head of Magnus before bouncing off the ropes and performing a headscissors-takedown. Bourne nails a standing moonsault for a 2-count.

Bourne prepares for another moonsault but, Magnus catches his leg and counters with an ankle lock, Bourne rolls out flipping Magnus on his back then ascends the top turnbuckle. Magnus recovers in time to catch Bourne and deliver a brutal back superplex. Slow crawl for the cover but only a 2-count.

Magnus with a round of stomps and another pin, Bourne kicks out before 1. Magnus pulls him to his feet and levels him with a clothesline. Bourne kicks out at 1. Magnus pulls Bourne up and hits a powerbomb, then pulls him up for a second which Bourne miraculously counters into a hurricanranna. As he climbs the turn-buckle Daffney gets the referee’s attention and Rob Terry catches him for a brutal chokeslam then quickly hops down.

Magnus crawls slowly over to Bourne and makes the cover but, Bourne manages to get a leg on the ropes. Magnus struggles to his feet then pulls Bourne up for the Tormentum (spinning Samoan drop) which is countered with a spinning reverse DDT. Bourne goes to the corner, Rob Terry tries interfering but gets a roundhouse kick to the head for his troubles, AIRBOURNE for the 3 count.
10 minutes 14 seconds

Raven: Bourne with a big win over Magnus.

Joel Gertner: Talk about backing up your words.

Raven: Evan Bourne is on a winning streak, this marks his tenth win in a row.

Joel Gertner: The last person he lost to was “He Who shall not be named”

Raven: You mean Bry-

Joel Gertner: NO!

Raven: What about Dan-

Joel Gertner: Just shut up before we both get fired.

[The same Japanese music from last week begins to play and the arena goes dark for a moment. Again the symbols appear upon the Wrong-O-Tron and then immediately vanish.]

Raven: Well, that was weird.

Joel Gertner: Not the weirdest thing to come out of Japan by far. Next Up we’ve got the odd pairing of MVP and Sharkboy versus Primo and Jesse Neal.

Raven: You know, Primo hasn’t won a match in over a month and Jesse Neal hasn’t won one in 3 weeks, they’ve gotta be getting desperate.

Shortened Match Summary:

MVP and Sharkboy pick up the win in a comic match-up full of all of their signature moves. MVP pins Primo after Ballin’ as Sharkboy catches Neal with a stunner.
5 Minutes 5 seconds

Raven: You know, for a guy who just won, MVP isn’t looking too happy.

Joel Gertner: Perhaps it’s too little and too late. Beating the two lowest ranked DWW Competitors isn’t going to get them a shot for the tag titles anytime soon.

[“With my baby tonight” begins to play and the Atlanta crowd goes crazy. Double J enters to a blinding pyrotechnic display, guitar in hand, and immediately begins playing to the fans. The fans actually start a short-lived “Jarrett” chant before he takes a mic and climbs into the ring.]

Double J: Thank you. It means the world to me. I can’t tell you how happy I am to be back in Atlanta, Georgia tonight! [Cheers] or how proud I am to be back in the business after a months-long break. I have a few years left in me and I plan on giving you DWW fans the best matches of my career. [Loud cheers]

[“Bitches” by MSI begins to play and a look of annoyance appears on Jarrett’s face. The Miz enters to a startlingly hostile crowd reaction, some fans going so far as to throw their drinks onto the ramp. The Miz nods his head coldly, appearing very analytical about the whole thing. He pulls a mic from his trench-coat and points.]

The Miz: That’s cute. That’s really cute, guys. [Looking out into the audience.] You cheer a guy who ran one of the worst wrestling companies in the business because he speaks with a Southern accent and looks one chromosome away from entering the special Olympics. [Major boos] It’s okay, I get it. Never mind the fact that that man, that guy in the ring, allowed a stupid bitch like Dixie Carter and Hulk “Can’t do my leg-drop I’m so fucking old” Hogan to make TNA, which was already horrible, into the single most embarrassing place for any wrestler, anywhere to be. [Massive boos]

Double J: Listen up you little shit. That kind of talk might impress people around here but, it doesn’t impress me. You think you’re big, but I guarantee you can’t back up your talk.

The Miz: Really?

Double J: Yeah, re-

The Miz: Reaaaally? You old sack of shit, you come to MY company like you deserve to be here. Everything you ever got in your life, JEFF, was handed to you because of who you were. Well, I’m sorry to inform you that you’re Daddy isn’t here to hand you the title belt. The only thing you’re going to get for free is the beating of a life-time!

Double J: You wanna fight me, slap-nut? Well, put your damn belt on the line and we’ll do it tonight! [Cheers]

[The Miz is quiet for a moment before slowly heading down to the ring. He enters the ring methodically over the second-rope before walking up to Jarrett until they are an arms-length away from each other. As he stares down the former NWA Heavyweight Champion he begins to speak.]

The Miz: Nothing in life was free. Everything was a gamble. You want a shot at my title? You got it…BUT, I want a shot at your career.

[Cut to the announce table.]

Joel Gertner: Holy shit, it’s only Jarrett’s second week with the company and he’s either going to walk out the World Champion or retire.

Raven: If he accepts it…

[In the ring.]

Double J: I just wanna know what the fans think. You guys think I should kick this slap-nut’s ass all over the arena and become your new DWW World Champion? [The crowd cheers] That’s all I needed to hear, Miz, I accep-

[The Miz levels Jarrett with a cheap-shot. The crowd begins to boo as The Miz takes on a diabolical look, and grabs Jarrett by the hand. Jarrett gets his revenge with a well-placed low-blow that takes The Miz by surprise. Jarrett takes advantage of his state and sets him up for The Stroke only for the Miz to slip out of the ring in a hurry.]

Joel Gertner: We have our main-event!

Raven: Next up we’ve got Amazing Red versus Homicide. Homicide is going into this match with something to prove.

Anybody Thrilla
08-10-2010, 02:10 PM
Shortened Match Summary:
Homicide and Amazing Red had a tremendous back and forth match that saw suicide dives galore. Both men were put over as hard-working baby-faces though Homicide picked up the win with the Gringo-Killah finish. Standing ovation from the crowd.
18 minutes and 8 seconds

Post Match: The British Tigers storm the ring and demolish Amazing Red and Homicide before hitting the Tiger Stomp on Homicide.

Joel Gertner: We’ve just witnessed a brutal beating at the hands of the British Tigers. Magnus must be pissed off because he lost a match earlier tonight to Evan Bourne!

Raven: You know, it’s nice to see someone start to take their jobs seriously. Think where we’d be if more DWW Competitors took this kind of initiative…

Joel Gertner: Yeah, out of business.

Raven: Next up, another contender for match of the night. It’s John Morrison and Kofi Kingston, both men contenders for the World Title in a match against my two out of my favorite three pot-heads.

Joel Gertner: That’s right, it’s the Bogus Journeys versus the Most Charismatic Team in the Universe!

Raven: Are they really calling themselves that?

Shortened Match Summary:
Lots of good back-and-forth action with a handful of near-falls in this match. Unfortunately, before a victor could be decided the British Tigers again stormed the ring and began methodically isolating and destroying each competitor. Daffney grabbed a table and lit it on fire as Rob Terry grabbed Kofi Kingston for a chokeslam. Murder City Machine Guns for the save and full face-turn. The MCMGs ran off the British Tigers and got on the mic.

Chris Sabin: Okay guys, I think it’s obvious we here at Murder City Inc. have had a collective-

Alex Shelley: Change of hearts…wow, that is so-

Chris Sabin: weird that we’re finishing each other’s-

Alex Shelley: cakes…

Chris Sabin: Sentences. I was going to say sentences.

Alex Shelley: Never mind that, the point is we have learned a thing or two and we have to admit that we’ve been pretty dickish during our career here in Dead Wrong Wrestling.

Chris Sabin: Well, not me but, I was definitely enabling your dickishness.

Alex Shelley: Not important. You know what is important though? We’re proposing a three-way at SummerBANG! Between the Bogus Journeys, John and Kofi and the Murder City Machine Guns. [Crowd goes crazy]

Chris Sabin: We okayed it with Terry and he basically decided that next week it’s going to be Paul London and ‘Lex in a match to decide what kind of match we’ll have.

[John Morrison asks for a mic and Chris hands him his.]

John Morrison: So it’s Alex Shelley versus Paul London to decide our fate at SummerBANG? Aren’t you guys forgetting…THE MOST CHARISMATIC TEAM IN THE UNIV-

Alex Shelley: No-no-no, we’re not forgetting about you. Terry Funk has something special in mind for you.

[Sabin plucks the mic’ from Morrison’s hand.]

Chris Sabin: We’ll let him tell you what though.

[B]Brian Kendrick: I think I know what kind of match we want if we win but, I’m curious…what would you choose if you happened to win next week?

Alex Shelley: Isn’t it obvious? Something on a pole match.

Dance off!
Inferno Buried Alive in a Cell
We are from TNA after all.

[Cut to the announce table.]

Raven: Next we’ve got the Manbeast versus the Thug.

Joel Gertner: I have to say, Rhino is on a roll this month. First he runs through Jesse Neal and Primo in a handi-capped Anything Goes match then he takes on the Rob Terry and overcomes in spite of loads of interference. I don’t know if JTG can mount an offense that can push Rhino off his course for SummerBang!

Shortened Match Summary:
JTG starts the match off with some traditional mat-based wrestling which turns out to be pretty smart. Rhino, however, merely gets angry and turns the match into a brawl. JTG manages to hang with Rhino for a while before succumbing to the power-house brawling style. Alicia Fox attempts to throw some powder into Rhino’s face but inadvertently blinds JTG setting him up for the GORE GORE GORE!

Post Match: Rhino grabs Alicia for a Rhino-driver but instead pulls her in for some good ol’fashioned sexual harassment. After the kiss Alicia Fox sits in the ring dazed as the rowdy crowd cheers. How misogynistic!

Joel Gertner: Rhino’s sweet tooth is obviously acting up as witnessed by his attempt to eat Alicia Fox whom he mistook for a bar of chocolate.

Raven: I think he was kissing her.

Joel Gertner: Shut the fuck up Raven…Alicia Fox will be mine!

[The lights dim and “Folsom Prison Blues” begins to play. The live crowd is electric as the Hardcore Legend Terry Funk hustles out from the entrance way dressed in a fine-tailored suit, a cowboy hat sitting atop his head. He makes his way down to the ring and climbs into the ring.]

Terry Funk: I’ve got an announcement about next week and our first HBO-Pay-per-view SummerBANG! that I hope you’ll all be pleased with. Next week will mark the first annual 8-Man Tournament to decide the #1
contender for the Dead Wrong Wrestling World Championship Title. Next week we’ll be have a few pre-tournament matches to decide who will take part in this historic event. The winner will then face the World Champion at the following pay-per-view Metal Mayhem in a match to be announced at a later date.

That’s not all…next week, Rhino is going to face his last test. If he passes, he’ll face The Miz in a match of his choosing at SummerBANG! but if he fails, he’ll be placed at the bottom of the DWW Rankings and have to work his way back.

Some of you may think that this is a harsh condition, however, I am confident that Rhino will overcome this obstacle and face The Miz for the World Title. Thank you all, please enjoy our Main Event. Oh...

One last thing...John Morrison, I hope you're ready cuz next week you face your old pal The Miz in a non-title match. Thank you...

Raven: Whoa, those actually are pretty important announcements.

Joel Gertner: I’m being told that Jeff Jarrett is coming to the ring!

Match Summary:

Jarrett enters to “With my Baby Tonight” and the fans are on their feet. He places his guitar on the outside of the ring and prepares for the match.

“Bitches” begins and The Miz comes out to some red strobe lights and a symphony of explosions.

The bell is rung and Miz starts things off classy with a close-fisted punch to the nose, following it up with a side-head lock into a bull-dog. JJ down, Miz grinds his boot into the back of his head. Trash talking from the Champ. JJ with a single-leg take-down, follows it up with a flurry of left hands.

The Miz forces Jarrett off with a bridge then escapes to the outside. Jeff with an old-school dropkick from the ring apron that sends Miz crashing into the guard rail. JJ with rights and lefts before rolling Miz back into the ring. JJ goes for the Figure Four Leg Lock but Miz counters with a kick that puts JJ on his back. Miz recovers and begins laying into JJ with vicious stomps, grinding his boot into the face of JJ. All holds are legal in DWW! Miz locks on the Figure Four Leg Lock and JJ is in trouble. The crowd, firmly behind JJ, begins a steady clap as JJ fights through the pain and turns it over.

The Miz grabs a nearby rope and the ref forces JJ to release the hold. Both men slow on the recovery now, they trade rights until Miz gets the advantage and whips JJ into the corner. Big Swinging Corner Clothesline! JJ in a daze, Miz suplexes him into the center of the ring and ascends the top turn-buckle. Elbow drop and a pin. Kick out at 2.

The Miz pulls JJ up onto his knees then drives his knee hard into his face repeatedly until JJ's sporting a crimson mask. Miz pulls JJ up to his feet slams his knee into his ground then hits the ropes, REALITY CHECK! Miz makes the cover but JJ gets a foot on the ropes. Miz is irate! The same sinister crosses his face that he wore when he injured Rey Mysterio two weeks ago. Suddenly Rhino runs down to the ring and The Miz turns his attention to him. The two trade words until JJ comes from behind with the low-blow and nails The Stroke!

JJ covers and The Miz miraculously kicks out at 2 and 11/12. JJ sets Miz up for a clothesline off the ropes but Miz ducks it and JJ accidentally nails the ref putting him down. JJ reaches for his guitar on the outside but Rhino yanks it from his grip. JJ is stunned as Miz nails the Skull Crushing Finale. The ref recovers in time for a slow 3 count.

[Rhino and The Miz find themselves in a stand-off, each poised to strike as the camera fades to black.]

Joel Gertner: Will this be the man who faces The Miz for the DWW World Title at SummerBANG!?

SCW Shockwave – Week 3

The show opens up in what appears to be a conference room. Kurt Angle and Jack Swagger are picking up where they left off last week – staring each other down intensely. Ric Flair can be seen in the background, thumbing through what appears to be a contract.

Flair: “Well gentlemen, the papers are signed. In two weeks, you will meet at WrestleFest to determine the first ever SCW Champion. Tonight, we’re gonna have a little preview. It’s Pick Your Poison night – each of you will get to select the other man’s opponent. Best of luck to both of you – WOOOOOOOO!”

Swagger smirks and walks off, Angle walks off as well. The camera follows Flair from the conference room down the hall to his office. He opens the door and as he’s about to step inside, CM Punk walks up.

Punk: “Flair, I knew your “’stylin’ and profilin’” lifestyle could get in the way of your decision-making abilities, but last week was ridiculous. A battle royal? You put the future of this company on the line in a battle royal? You know that I was the MVP last week, and you know that I’m the only man fit to be the face of this company.”

Flair: “Actually, all I know is that Jack Swagger caught your ass napping and clotheslined you over the top.”

Punk: “Look Flair, I know your virtues are ass-backwards, but you’d better put me in the match. I’m just going to warn you right now – if you ignore my requests, you will be making a huge mistake. These poisoned souls in the audience need me. If you won’t give me my rightful place in the match, I’m going to have to ta-”

Punk can’t get the words out before Flair shuts the door right in his face. Punk looks pissed as we roll into the opening video package.

Tag Team Round Robin - The Hardys vs. William & Williams
Before this match, we saw yet another disturbing video from Matt Hardy. This time, the video took place in what appeared to be an empty training facility. The camera zooms in on William Regal and Doug Williams performing a series of chain wrestling maneuvers on a couple of unidentified indy workers. Jeff just shook his head once again at his brother's habits. We also saw a recap of last week, when Matt unnecessarily tagged himself in to pick up the pinfall victory for the team and then Jeff eliminating Matt in the battle royal. Tonight would surely be their biggest test of the Round Robin, as both teams entered with 1-1 records.

The British duo punished Jeff with a variety of painful submission holds and they isolated him from his corner for most of the bout. It seemed the Englishmen had all but stamped their ticket to the WrestleFest SCW Tag Team Title match as Matt looked annoyed on the apron every time Jeff was cut off from making a tag. Jeff managed to shrug off Williams, who then tagged in Regal. Matt gets the hot tag before Regal can stop him. The well-rested Matt goes crazy on the Brits and ends up hitting Regal with a Twist of Fate. The now-recovered Jeff then gives Matt a taste of his own medicine by tagging himself in and landing a Swanton Bomb for the victory.

Matt stared down Jeff and looked extremely pissed at him. Then his anger turned into a sudden smile as he embraced his brother. Jeff looks to be confused even further, but he plays along with it and raises his brother's hand before scaling the turnbuckles. The Hardys are headed to WrestleFest! Will they be able to add yet another Tag Team Title reign to their already impressive resume?

---

Jack Swagger vs. Kazarian
Swagger did some push-ups and exercises in the ring before his match, as if to signify that he was a more polished athlete than Kurt Angle. Angle selected an opponent with a chip on his shoulder – Kazarian. Swagger eliminated Kazarian from last week’s battle royal, so tonight’s the chance for some payback. Kazarian brought his A-game and got the crowd behind him, battling Swagger for nearly 20 minutes. Kazarian hits a Flux Capacitor, but Swagger is able to get his foot on the ropes. The fight goes on with plenty of nearfalls in this one. But unfortunately for Kazarian, the upset just wasn’t meant to be.

Swagger reverses a suplex attempt and knees Kazarian in the gut. Gutwrench Powerbomb, and Swagger wins it. Swagger celebrates and motions that the belt will be around his waist soon enough. Swagger gets up and poses on the turnbuckle only to notice CM Punk running down the ramp with a steel chair! Swagger quickly gets out of dodge as Punk swings wildly. What message is Punk trying to send with this attempted attack?

Backstage, we see Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer.

Archer: “PAY ATTENTION!”

Hawkins: “Edge, for two weeks in a row now, the big guy and I have left you laying. We even eliminated you in the battle royal right away for good measure. I told you that we were going to make a statement, and we did just that. I know you’re home in Toronto licking your wounds, and watching this right now…so let me just assure you right now: if you step foot in a SCW ring again, you’ll get more of the same. The era of Curt Hawkins is upon us.”

A disgruntled Heath Slater struts on-screen.

Slater: “Enough of your anger and hostility. I’m the one that’s gotten a raw deal here on SCW. I’m a rock star baby! And yet all these big guys seem to be jealous of me, and target me. Maybe I need myself some backup. Rock stars could always use some extra security.”

Slater walks up to Archer.

Slater: “Say big man, weren’t YOU a rock star at some point? You know how it is to constantly be jumped and attacked by people who are jealous of your success. How about you come work for me instead of this loser? Together, Heath Slater and Vance Archer will blow…your…mi-”

Right on cue, Slater is kicked in the face for the third straight week, this time by Vance Archer. Hawkins and Archer smirk before walking off as the camera zooms in on Slater’s unconscious self.

-----

Tag Team Round Robin - The South Beach Boyz vs. The Young Bucks
The winner of this match would get themselves added to the WrestleFest card against the Hardys. All four men got a good deal of time in the ring, no isolation in this one. The South Beach Boyz didn’t seem to have much trouble matching the really fast pace of the Young Bucks, proving there is some serious athleticism behind the ridiculous outfits. Watson whips Jeremy into the ropes and leaps completely over him on the rebound, but Jeremy then executes a suicide dive to Young on the outside. Watson gets distracted by this, allowing Max to sneak in for some offense. Neckbreaker on Watson near the corner sets up a 450 by Jeremy, and a moonsault by Max. The Young Bucks win it!

The crowd goes wild. The Bucks embrace before grabbing a microphone. They thank the fans for supporting them, and they look forward to facing their idols growing up, the Hardys. They’ve already beaten them once, and at WrestleFest they want to raise the stakes. They want the SCW Tag Team Titles to be suspended above the ring. The Young Bucks want a ladder match! The Hardys are considered by many to be the masters of ladder matches. How will they respond to this?

-----

We cut to a close-up of Kane.

Kane: “Last week, when I locked eyes with that 7-foot man in a mask, I was appalled. I saw myself. I saw myself from how I used to be. For years, I wore a mask to hide my scars – scars that didn’t even really exist. I was tormented and haunted by my own face. Losing my mask was the best thing that could have possibly happened to me.”

The camera pans back to reveal that Kane is in a small office, talking with none other than Dr. Stevie.

Stevie: “So what are you trying to say, Kane?”

Kane: “I must convince him to unmask. People may call him “The Monster” now, but just imagine the damage he can do when he no longer has that mask as a crutch.”

Stevie appears to be confused and disturbed.

Stevie: “But Kane, what if Abyss has no desire to unmask? What if he resists?”

Kane gets a sick grin.

Kane: “Abyss isn’t going to have a choice!”

Kane laughs maniacally as Stevie is just like :| :| :| as we head back to the ring where Kurt Angle comes out and awaits Swagger’s choice of opponent.

-----

Kurt Angle vs. Abyss
Angle had quite the tough battle in store here, as "The Monster" was fuming after the inflammatory words from Kane moments ago. Abyss takes control of the early going, utilizing his power moves. Angle takes some big bumps, but none of it is enough to get him down for the count. Angle speeds things up a bit to keep Abyss off his game, and when he grounds Abyss he locks on various submission holds. Abyss’ big body is able to keep reaching the ropes. Abyss stalls Angle’s momentum with a full body-press slam, but before anything else can happen – here comes Kane!

Kane and Abyss start slugging at each other, giving Abyss the DQ victory. Both men spill into the crowd and continue fighting as the exhausted Angle watches. Jack Swagger jumps Angle from behind for some cheap shots. Swagger whips Angle into the ropes, but Angle ducks and connects with an Angle Slam! Angle looks at the downed Swagger and appears ready to deliver an Ankle Lock, but CM Punk runs out and spins Angle around before hoisting him up and nailing him with the GTS. Punk then walks over to Swagger and locks him in an Anaconda Vice. He relinquishes the hold when Ric Flair appears on the tron.

Flair: “Okay Punk, I see how it’s going to be. You wanna try to injure my main eventers? Well that doesn’t sit well with me. So here’s what I’m going to do – you want in the title match so badly? Well then, fine...”

The crowd boos as Punk (who had grabbed his own microphone), cuts Flair off.

Punk: “Well it’s about time you made a smart decision. These lost souls will finally see their light when they see their savior holding the SCW Title high above his head.”

Flair: “…maybe you should have let me finish. You’ll be in the title match ONLY if you qualify next week! You need to prove to me that you truly belong in that main event. You want in the main event? You’ll get in only if you can successfully run…the gauntlet!”

The crowd pops as Punk is all like “you’ve got to be kidding me”. What does this gauntlet have in store? Tune in next week to find out!

*Joe Perfect enters the arena with the trademark white towel in hand and the crowd wild with boos. Joe steps into the ring and is handed a mic*

Cole: Joe, I just don't understand. You had the opportunity to book yourself into the VCW World Championship match - to do what your father never managed to do. Instead, you opted to slap a commentator across the face and get yourself counted out. I just don't understand it Joe.

Perfect: Cole, I will do what I said. I will do something my father never achieved when I become VCW World Champ. But first there is something else I need to do that my father never managed to do. I am gonna prove that I am better than "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan. Hogan you are the personification of "average". You have and had next to no athletic ability. It's quite ironic that the man who is synominous with wrestling never had any actual wrestling ability. Hulk Hogan was nothing more than a body builder with a couple of catchphrases. Meanwhile, a man like my father -an artist in the ring, an athletic God - has to make do with the midcard. Well I cannot let that happen to me! So here's the challenge Hogan, you climb down from the safety of that commentator's table, lace those boots up one more time and face me in this ring at Revelation.

*Hogan has been staring into the eyes of Perfect through his entire speech. He goes to speak but is cut off by Cole*

Cole: Joe, Hulk Hogan is a commentator. Hulk has nothing to prove. His contract states that he is NOT an in-ring talent. We are not insured for him to compete in a match and he will not be doing so at Revelation or any other VCW event. That is my final ruling on this.

Perfect: Well I should have guessed that you would pull something like this, Cole. Hogan, don't you have a voice of your own? C'mon, accept the match. Or have you lost your nerve? I know for a fact that if my father was alive today and he was being challenged he would have stepped up. But then he was a better man than you ever were or ever will be. But more importantly, he was a better father than you ever were or ever will be!

Cole: Listen Joe, I've made my final ruling on this. There won't be a ma--

*Hogan grabs Cole's mic*

Hogan: You know something Joe? All I have done here in VCW is sing your praises and put you over, not only to the fans but also to the guys in the back. Curt Hennig was a great man. Slapping me across the face last week wasn't the actions of a great man - it wasn't even the actions of a man. And if he was as good a father as you say, he would be damned ashamed of you. But he's gone now so he can't put you straight. But it definately looks like someone needs to teach you what it takes to be a man. If Curt was still here perhaps he would have taught you to respect those that have come before you. But more importantly he might even have taught you the old saying..."Be careful what you wish for cos you might just get it!" You want a match at Revelation? You want to face "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan at VCW's first PPV? Well, son, you got it!

*Hogan stares down Perfect who just smirks back at him. Michael Cole tries to talk down Hogan*

INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP CHASE

Borash: Ladies and gentlemen, tonight 4 becomes 3 as the Championship Chase for the VCW International Title continues. The two remaining men at the end of the Chase will compete in a Ladder Match at Revelation to crown the first VCW International Champion. Tonight the 4 remaining men will be drawn at random into matches against one another. The winners of those two matches will progress into the Final 3, whilst the losers will face off with one another later in the night with one last chance at progression on the line.

(Match 1) SINGLES MATCH

*Shannon Moore is the first man to be selected. His randomly selected opponent is Kaval*

*The two men have a fast paced encounter to excite the crowd. The end comes with both men on the top turnbuckle, Moore is set to hit a Superplex on Kaval. Kaval fights out of the front facelock and pushes Moore back into the ring. Kaval nails the Warrior's Way but instead of going for the pin he locks in a Dragon Sleeper. Moore struggles to free himself but eventually taps*

KAVAL WINS TO PROGRESS IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP CHASE.

(Match 2) SINGLES MATCH Mark Henry vs. R-Truth

*Truth keeps the action fast paced and tries to take Henry down with explosive offense. Eventually Henry takes control of the match and slows the pace down. Henry nails the World's Strongest Slam and follows up with a huge splash. He covers and gets the three count*

MARK HENRY WINS TO PROGRESS IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP CHASE.

*We go backstage where Kelly Kelly is stood by with Eric Young*

Kelly Kelly: Tonight, VCW Owner Michael Cole has asked for an explanation from both Joe Perfect and Cody Rhodes, but there's one explanation that I want. Eric, why are you targeting Suicide and his mask?

Young: It's pretty simple Kelly. On the very first Wednesday Night Warfare Michael Cole stated that VCW would stand for fairness. I have to ask...is it fair that Suicide gets to hide his face - his identity - from the world? Is it fair that we can never be sure if it's the same guy under the mask every week? Y'see, my opponent can scout me. He can watch any number of my matches. He can prepare to face me. If we are never sure who's under the mask we can never prepare to face Suicide. Now is that fair? I don't think so.

Kelly: But what are you going to do about it Eric?

Eric: Mr Cole, I know you're watching. In the interest of fairness, please ask - no, please make Suicide take off his mask.

*We cut to Cole at the commentator's table*

Cole: I am indeed listening - nothing goes unheard in VCW! You make some very interesting points. And you're right, it isn't fair that you can never be sure who you're facing. On the otherhand it isn't fair for me just to demand that Suicide take off his mask. So, in honor of VCW's first PPV being called Revelation, we could have a revelation right here tonight. It's gonna be Eric Young v Suicide, one-on-one. If Suicide wins he keeps the mask, if you can defeat him, he will have to remove the mask and show his face to the world. And that match is NEXT!

=======================

(Match 3) SINGLES MATCH: Eric Young v Suicide

*The match is a back and forth affair with both men taking it in turns to control the match with their offense. Once in control, Young goes for the mask and gets it halfway off. Suicide gets free and leaves the ring, making his way to the back. He is counted out by the ref*

Young: Hey! Mr Cole, you signed the match, Suicide lost, he has to remove his mask!

Cole: Suicide, by the official ruling of the match you MUST remove your mask. So, please come out here and do so.

*A camera catches Suicide leaving the arena. Young is in the ring throwing a fit*

Cole: Eric, calm down. If Suicide hopes to have a career here in VCW he wil be at next week's Wednesday Night Warfare and he will remove his mask.

*Cody Rhodes enters the arena and is greeted with dissaproval from the fans. He slowly makes his way down the aisle soaking in his reaction. He enters the ring with a mic*

Cody: So, Michael Cole wants an explanation, huh? And all of you people wanna know why I attacked my brother as he celebrated his retirement, right? Well let me tell you the full story. When I was just a boy I used to get picked on and bullied and ridiculed at school because I was pretty small for my age. That kind of time in a young boy's life is where he needs a reassuring hug and some advice from his older brother. But where was Dustin? Nowhere to be seen...

I grew up, I got bigger and they stopped picking on me and the bullying stopped. But the ridicule, that remained. And why? Because everybody knew that my older brother was prancing around, covered in gold make-up, groping himself and his opponents on a weekly basis on worldwide television!

So, I didn't attack my brother. I love my brother. But I hate Goldust! Goldust took my brother away and he made my adolesence almost unbearable. It was then that I made the decision to become a professional wrestler and one day rid this industry of the abomination that is Goldust.

<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ldB2oFtNqrQ&amp;hl=en_GB&███████████&amp;fs=1?rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ldB2oFtNqrQ&amp;hl=en_GB&███████████&amp;fs=1?rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

*Dustin makes his way down the ramp without the Goldust make-up and attire*

Dustin: Cody, we've spoken about this. The reason I wasn't around when you were a kid is because of issues between me and dad. I'm sorry I wasn't there, I really am, but you can't go around acting like this. It's one thing to attack me, I get that, but last week you attacked Husky Harris and he has nothing to do with this. Listen Cody, I am willing to forgive and forget what happened 2 weeks ago. I've already walked away from the business. Goldust is gone.

*Cody looks at Dustin with an unrelenting stare*

Dustin: Cody, listen, I love this business but I love you more. Let's forget all about this. I wanna ride off into the sunset but I wanna make sure that we are good first.

*Cody's eyes are now beginning to fill with tears, he looks away from his brother and to the mat. Dustin places a hand on his younger brother's shoulder. After pausing Cody goes in for the hug. Dustin holds Cody's arm aloft. He applauds out to the audience. Cody sits on the middle rope to open them up for his brother, Dustin sits on the rope too and motions for his brother to leave ahead of him. Cody backs up off the ropes, he goes to step through them but suddenly boots Dustin in the groin. Dustin falls to the arena floor in agony. Cody looks down on his brother from inside the ring*

Cody: Goldust doesn't get to walk away with his head held high! Not after the misery that he put me through. Whilst I have anything to do with it, Goldust doesn't walk off into the sunset, he gets carried out of the arena by officials and EMTs.

*Cody steps out of the ring, he stares down at his brother, before spitting on him and walking to the back to a chorus of boos. EMTs and VCW officials tend to Dustin*

Cole: Ladies and gentlemen, I am sorry for the actions of Cody Rhodes.

Hulk: Being spat on like that is the biggest insult a man can receive in my opinion Mike.

*The Usos make their way into the VCW Arena to a less than favourable reaction*

Jey: After our match last week we sat down and watched the match to see where we went wrong. We watched the match through 3 times and couldn't work it out.

Jimmy: So, we called VCW Head Office and requested the masters from all of the ringside cameras. And we watched those, over and over and over.

Jey: And there it was! Staring us straight in the face. Exactly where we went wrong. And tonight we're here to share the footage...

*A replay of the end of last week's match is shown. The crowd and Cole seem puzzled*

Jey: Did you see it? No!? Y'see that's why we are graduates from this country's greatest colleges are you're not!

Jimmy: It's all about the details. Watch again...

*The footage rolls again this time focusing on the tag made from D-Von to Bubba*

Jimmy: Y'see there!

Jey: Allow me to read from the Tag Team Wreslting Rule Book..."When making a tag, the partner on the apron MUST be holding the tag rope in order for the tag to be legal".

Jimmy: A-huh. That's right. Now let's take another look.

*The footage shows Bubba letting go of the tag rope moments before D-Von tags him*

Jey: Once again those Dumb Dudleys have cheated us out of becoming Tag Team Champions

Jimmy: So, Mr Cole, we ask of you...what are we going to do in this situation?

Cole: Gentlemen, as much as it grieves me to have to do this again, in the interests of fairness, The Deadly Dudleys will not be considered the first VCW Tag Team Champions, the match will be stricken from the records and I ask The Deadly Dudleys to return the Tag Team belts to a VCW official. However, we will need to crown VCW Tag Champs. And by way of an apology, I will leave it to the Dudleys to decide on a match type that will give us a definitive finish.

*The Usos don't look happy. Bubba & D-Von appear on the Tron*

Bubba: If you want these titles...they're right here for you.

*The Usos head out of the ring making a beeline for the back*

Cole: Jimmy, Jey, not so fast. Whilst both of your claims to unfair decisions have been true, I can't help but feel that based on your inring performances over the last 2 weeks, perhaps you don't even [I]deserve a shot at the gold. But tonight you'll have a chance to prove it.

*Trent Baretta & Caylen Croft make their way into the arena for their VCW debut*

(Match 4) TAG TEAM MATCH: The Usos vs. The Dude Busters

*The Dude Bsuters start off strong but The Usos take control of the match with some underhand tactics that neither the ref or Michael Cole can see. The match ends when Jimmy tags Jey into the match. Jey shoots Barreta into the ropes, as he rebounds Jimmy sends him into the air, Jey catches him across his shouders and slams him down with a huge Samoan Drop. Jey tags back out to Jey climbs to the middle rope, Jimmy to the top. Jey nails a Splash from the middle, Jimmy follows up with the same move from the top. He covers and gets the three count*

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CONTRACT SIGNING

Cole: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for me to announce who will compete to be crowned the first ever VCW World Heavyweight Champion! Over the past 2 weeks I have been evaluating the roster. Last week on Warfare we had a series of matches in which the competitors could showcase their talent. The winners of those matches were to face off in the Main Event at Revelation. However, after booking his place in the match by defeating HHH, Jay Lethal was then atacked by his opponent after the match. The doctor's say that Lethal has suffered an injury to his neck and will be out of action for at least three months and will not be able to compete for the gold at Revelation. However, when he is cleared by the doctors he can return to VCW where he will have a guaranteed shot at whomever is VCW World Heavyweight Champion.

With that said, the VCW World Championship Match at Revelation will be a One-on-One Match. At this time, it gives me great pleasure to introduce one of those competitors.

Cole: And now for Mr Anderson's opponent. He also won his match last week on Warfare, but I can't say I was entirely convinced by a Count Out victory. However, I am willing to give him another chance to prove himself right here tonight!

<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/0NwEsyaR4_g&amp;hl=en_GB&███████████&amp;fs=1?rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/0NwEsyaR4_g&amp;hl=en_GB&███████████&amp;fs=1?rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

*Mr Anderson taps Borash on the shoulder and shoos him out of the way. His mic falls down from the ceiling*

Anderson: Allow me. Ladies lock up your husbands, mothers lock up your sons, coming down the aisle, he hails from San Francisco, Cala-forn-i-ay...Randal Keith Orton!!

*Orton makes his way to the ring and is pissed. However, he won't step into the ring until Anderson has been removed. The ref gets Anderson to step out of the ring and he joins Cole and Hogan at the commentator's table*

(Match 7) SINGLES MATCH: Randy Orton v The Great Khali

Cole: It's odd how Orton wil happily step into the ring against a giant in The Great Khali but he won't go anywhere near the ring when Mr Anderson is in there.

Hulk: It's not all that strange Mike. Orton has to get in the ring to face Khali if he wants to earn a crack at the VCW Title.

Anderson: And there's a world of difference between facing Khali in a match and facing me in a fight!

*Khali grabs Orton by the throat with both hands, he lifts him up but Orton manages to reverse the move into the RKO. He covers and gets the 3. Orton celebrates until Anderson slides into the ring, at which point Orton steps out of the other side*

Cole: Randy Orton will face Mr Anderson for the VCW World Heavyweight Championship at VCW Revelation in 3 weeks time and we will sign the contract NEXT!

*We come back from the break as the VCW security team are making their way to the ring. They enter the ring and create a barrier acorss the centre of the ring. Orton finally steps into the ringand stands behind the 4 man security team*

Cole: Here's the contract. The match, the Main Event at Revelation, for the VCW World Heavyweight Championship, Mr Anderson versus Randy Orton. All that remains is for the both of you to sign on the dotted line. Mr Anderson if you'd like to go first...

*Anderson tales the contract from Cole and stares at it for a moment*

Anderson: So...here...we...are. Y'know when Mr Asshole Cole here asked me to join VCW I had only one question..."Have you signed Orton?". And of course, he responded in the affirmative. At which point I couldn't wait to put pen to paper. Y'see there are two things that I wanted to come to VCW to do. One of them was to become the VCW World Champion. The other...well the other was to ram my fist down Randy Orton's throat! I gotta admit...I'm buzzing with excitement because at Revelation I get to ram my fist down Orton's cakehole AND become the VCW World Heavyweight Champion all in the very same night! It's like all my Christmas' have come at once!!

*Anderson signs the contract, hands it back to Cole and makes a movement towards Orton. The VCW Security team who hold him back*

Cole: We're halfway there. Randy, all that's left to do to make it official is for you to sign on the dotted line...

*Orton takes the contract from Cole, he stares at it for a while. He raises the mic to his mouth and the crowd give him shit. He looks out over the crowd with an ice-cold stare. He raises the misc one more time but suddenly bursts past security and nails Anderson with an RKO. He grabs the contract and rolls out of the ring before security can grab him. He signs the contract and tosses it back to Cole. We close the show with Orton on the ramp, Anderson on the mat, the two staring at each other with deadly intent*

Lock Jaw's Fantastic Reviews, Week Three!

Greetings to you, the bookers! Welcome to this week's review from Judge Lock Jaw! Five shows, each with their own merits! But how do they stack against each other when going head to head? Find out using Judge Lock Jaw's unique judging system!

For the purposes of judging, I will be placing each show side by side, as if they were on at the same time. I will be giving out points. 3 for what the causal fan would watch (assuming they have no brand loyalty and are just switching between all shows like me), 2 for what I would watch, and 1 for what I would first watch on youtube the next day. I'll also give a bonus .5 points for one of the other feds, just because I can.

So, without further ado... (under spoilers just to keep it more concise)

Opening Segments

TIW opens up with the faction known as SheamIntyggler in the ring. They say they are on the same page. They reject the main event set last week as it is decided that Sheamus will go for the world title while McIntyggler will go for the tag. Foley appears and says that they still have to prove themselves. Sheamus/Joe is set. Doesn't really make sense to me as Joe already has a PPV match, but it is an encounter that I want to see. Oh, and Kevin Nash is on commentary now.

LAW seems to have really phoned it in this week. Cena is in the ring. He wants title. Barrett interrupts. He wants title. Wolfe comes out. He wants title. Wolfe is told he needs to run the gauntlet to prove himself.

DWW opens with Brutus Magnus and Rob Terry, the first appearance of many. Their promo is written well, gets across their characters, while at the same time putting over Rhino and The Miz. Evan Bourne comes out and he isn't happy. He beats Magnus in a quick match.

SCW has Angle/Swag backstage with Flair and then Punk confronts Flair. Punk is not happy.

VCW opens with Cole and Hogan, they call out Joe Perfect. Perfect explains himself and challenges Hogan to a match. Hogan accepts and gets through a whole promo without saying "brother" or "dude".

Verdict: TIW's new booker is definitely stepping up their game. It came down to TIW and VCW, but I think the visceral impact of opening on a hated heel already in the ring is much greater than opening on Michael Cole and Hulk Hogan.

Casual Fan Watches: TIW (+3 Points)
Lock Jaw Watches: TIW (+2 Points)
First to get Youtube'd: VCW (+1 Point)
Bonus: DWW for being generally well-written. Putting Rhino/Miz over when they aren't even out there. Plus, it was probably a good match. (+0.5 Points)

Section #1

TIW has Orlando Jordan and some new guy I have never heard of (I thought you weren't allowed to use outside people?) begin a new gay tag team or something and beat McIntyggler after a distraction by Wolfpack music. Not so good. Way to kill McIntyggler's heat again, especially after they started to get it back after the opening. Also less than thrilled by the promise of Scott Hall and Sean Waltman. No one wants to see that anymore.

LAW sees Jericho mock Cena backstage and then has the Hart Dynasty beat Jericho and Cena after Jericho turns on his own partner. Not sure I agree with putting (arguably) your biggest star in the opening contest and them having him lose already (no matter if he was attacked by his partner, he is still on his back taking the three count from some mid-carders)

DWW: MVP and Sharkboy beat Jesse Neal/Primo in a quick match. The Jeff Jarrett comes out, seeming like an amalgamation of a bunch of his gimmicks. The Miz comes out and talks smack. A title vs career match is set for later on.

SCW has the Hardyz beat William/s. More Hardy drama.

VCW continues its International Chase thingy with Kaval beating Shannon Moore.

Verdict: Again, DWW has some losses here for that throwaway match.

Section #2

TIW has Beer Money back out of their planned "insult skit" in favor of proving themselves. Too bad. Coulda done both. We then have Skip Sheffield make short work of Ted DiBiase.... but Ted buys the ref and makes him reverse the decision! Ted then buys Skip (again) and makes him boot Natalya in the womb!

LAW has a Michael Tarver promo. Then Gabriel and Tatsu beat Cottonwood and Zack Ryder. I'm not feeling this whole Cottonwood/Ryder thing.

DWW has Homicide win a match against Amazing Red. The British Tigers do a beatdown post-match because they are ANGRY chaps.

SCW has Swagger beat Kazarian in what sounds like a good match. Punk tries to hit Swaggles after the match but Swaggly narrowly escapes. Interesting!

VCW has the next International Chase match and Mark Henry beats R-Truth.

Verdict:

Casual Fan Watches: SCW (+3 Points)
Lock Jaw Watches: DWW (+2 Points)

Bonus: TIW (+0.5 Point) Interested to see where they go with Ted now.

Section #3

TIW: Christian is backstage. Christian wants competiton. He gets Kozlov later on. David Otunga is then seen in pimp-suit telling Zeke and Shad that he is their new Agent, and that with him bringing them together they can do great stuffs. A great way to rekindle interest in all three guys. Beer Money then beats Hernandez and Chavo. Hernandez turns on Chavo post-match. Hmmm. I was a big fan of the Beer Money/HernaChavo feud, but it seems as if the new booker has ended it and instead chosen to go a different route. I would have loved to see this feud have gone to the PPV... I am still interested in seeing this new direction, but slightly less so.

LAW has Matt Morgan beat up some dudes.

DWW has Londrick/MorriKofi go to a no contest when again the British Tigers come out for the beatdown. They may seemingly always lose, but they sure are keeping their heat up. MCMG run in for the save and make the complete face-turn, which makes me wonder why bother having them have been heels for that first show anyways? A three-way tag title match is set between MCMG/Londrick/MorriKofi for the PPV. Way to ignore those British guys who have been running roughshod over the entire show. Then, Rhino squashes JTG.

SCW has a Hawkins/Archer promo, which sees Heath Slater getting kicked in the face again. The Young Bucks the beat the South Beach Boyz. They says they want a ladder match against the Hardyz! Should be a "doozy" of a match.

VCW has Eric Young cut a promo against Suicide and his mask. Which leads to Eric Young beating Suicide in a Nothing vs Mask match via countout! When Suicide walks away from the match because his mask was halfway off. I guess he didn't reslly care about keeping his mask enough to just pull it down and continue the match, though. So next week he has to take it off! A very lame ending, but I guess I am curious to see who is under the mask.

Section #4

Section #4?! That's right... Past two weeks I only had three sections but... it seems as if two of our shows had enough content to go more... and I didn't really know how to squish it in with the rest...

Then, I figured... screw it. They wrote more content, they have more well-rounded shows... they should get some points. In the interest of fairness though, I will give out bare minimum amount. Anyways:

TIW has a sweet Samoa Joe promo followed by Xtian beating Kozlov.

VCW has the latest in "Explain your Actions" night as Cody explains his actions. Dustin comes out to try to reconcile, ends up getting hit in the jangle again. Usos then get the Dudleys stripped of the tag titles AGAIN and then beat the Dudebusters. They then go backstage and try to get the belts, only to be put through tables by Team 3D. Tables match is set for the PPV. But why should I care when Dudleys can clearly manhandle the Usos at will?

Verdict:

VCW: +1 Point
TIW: +0.5 Points

Section #5

TIW has an AJ/RVD promo where it seems as if RVD has developed quite the ego! Tensions are on the rise! AJ/RVD nevertheless go on to beat Zeke/Shad, but the tension is still there! David Otunga, meanwhile, hasn't seemed to help ZekeShad at all.

VCW has a women's match... that is interrupted by Triple H, who BEATS them down and cuts a heel promo demanding that on this, "Explain your Actions" night, he wants the mysterious messages to explain their actions! He is given the response of near death by falling light fixture. This is how you get a heel over. Make him beat some women.

Verdict:

VCW: +1 Point
TIW: +0.5 Points)

Main Events

TIW has Sheamus beat Joe by DQ when Taker appears. In a flash of brilliance, Sheamus pushes Joe out of the way and takes the shot from Taker. Taker/Joe brawl. Sheamus points to his large brain. Xtian stands at the top of the ramp. A pretty brilliant way to book the end of this match and keep the heat on both guys.

LAW has Wolfe run the gauntlet. He beats Santino and then Gabriel. He then beats Cena after a distraction from Jericho. Barrett, who was on commentary, lays out Cena, and then misses attacking Jericho. Barrett left on top of the pile at the end of the day. Cena, by the end of this show has taken two pinfalls, really taking him down a peg and making him lose a WHOLE lot of momentum. On the whole, like I said, LAW seemed to phone it in this week. Whatever happened to THE BOSS?

DWW has Terry Funk make a few quick announcements. To earn the shot at The Miz, Rhino has to face one more challenge. Rather than announce it to hype it up, Miz vs Morrisson is announced for next week instead. The Miz then beats Jeff Jarrett after Rhino denies Jeff his guitar. Rhino/Miz staredown to end the show.

SCW has Kane backstage with a promo/therapy session against Abyss' mask. Angle vs. Abyss goes to a no contest when Kane comes out and brawls with Abyss. Swaggle out to beat up Angle, but Angle gets the upper hand. Punk comes out and beats them both. Punk wants to be *IN THE MIX* lads. Flair appears and says that if Punk wants in, he will have to run the gauntlet. Hopefully not the same one Desmond Wolfe just ran. Glad that Punk is still in the mix after his week 1 clean loss to Angle.

VCW has a prolonged segment/contract signing. Anderson is announced as a contender. Orton has to beat Khali to earn the other spot. They sign the contract, Orton with the RKO. Still not really buying Orton as the heel in this feud.

Verdict:

Casual Fan Watches: DWW (+3 Points)
Lock Jaw Watches: TIW (+2 Points)
First to get Youtube'd: DWW (+1 Point)
Bonus: SCW (+0.5)

Final Tally:

1) TIW: 1.35 (Up 0.65)
2) DWW: 0.8 + Week 2 "Buzz" Bonus = 1.1 (Up 0.85)
3) SCW: 0.85 (Down 0.25)
4) VCW: 0.5 (Down 0.8)
5) LAW: 0.05 (Down 0.25)

Interesting numbers. TIW jumps to the top, DWW manages to pass SCW with the buzz surrounding it, while VCW takes a big drop! TIW has the second highest rated show in Armchair Warfare history, while LAW hits rock bottom!

The Buzz:

The shows are over and the fans are talking! And the one federation on everybody's mind is... TIW! After Joe's promo and that brawl, people are excited about Taker/Joe (though they still have a hard time seeing Taker as a heel), and want to see Sheamus get his comeuppance!

TIW will receive an automatic +3 Points for next week's show!

My brief summary of each show

TIW: WOW, very improved. I am intrigued to see Taker/Joe and Christian/Sheamus (Here's hoping Christian wins :P )

LAW: Definitely got the act together, but could have used more detailed matches. Looking forward to what will be next.

DWW: Still impressive. Not much to say about them. The matches were well done.

SCW: Seemed a bit off, but just barely; maybe I was just expecting more than I should. Angle/Swagger looked good, and adding Punk to the match will only make it more interesting (providing he wins next week that is) :)

VCW: Still at the top of their game. Speaking of which, Triple H hitting the divas with the sledgehammer!? Shocking to say the least...but it's good shock value.

Tony Chimel announces there are 30 seconds left in the time limit.

SCW

Booked

My Review

THIS IS WRESTLING

Good hype with the video package and I am really enjoying the simmering tension between the three heels, if it was to be done right in the future, you could create three MAJOR stars and that is what sticks out in TIW for me, the potential.

I know these things takes time, but I was a bit perplexed at the defeat. I have always hated the music/person on the aisle distraction. Personally, it still always made the loser look weak to me and, in my eyes, that loss has damaged two of your best guys, especially to a team that it could be potentially difficult to get over or benefit from the win.

I had mentioned the Sheffield build before, and I am liking it, it would definately be a confrontation that would make me want to watch the PPV. I know it is an easy option, but the Ted/Virgil story was such a favourite for me growing up, I am loving this.

I think it will be too hard for you to get Shad/Zeke back on course in the few weeks you have, they are far too damaged to that loss to Joe, I would forget them going into the PPV to be honest, waste of space and time at this crucial stage. I just got the feeling that less could have been more this week, there was not enough focus on what was important. It seemed pressed for time. The RVD/AJ win did nothing for them as we witnessed them destroyed in much less time by Joe a few weeks ago.

Enjoy Christian up at the top of the card and you are guranteed match quality with him, so am excited to see how this pans out.

Finally, NOT a Joe fan but I will definately be paying to see Joe/Taker, so nicely done. An intriguing match up with a build that has made it worth seeing, congratulations.

LETHAL ACTION WRESTLING

Controversially, my fav show of the week, which I can see XL was not a fan of, so let me explain myself. I truly believe that the best wrestling shows are those that are simple and clear. I want to relax watching wrestling and I want something that entertains me. I am seeing Cena, Jericho and Barrett being used in the right way. I think Wolfe has not been built in a way that would make me interested in him, but there is enough there to keep me tuned in.

It was simple. Am liking Cottonwood, am loving Tarver (best original character so far) and I think LAW kept it simple enough this week to entertain my tired mind. Encouragement is theirs, but they will need more detail next week going into the PPV.

My big worry is how othr matches are lining up for the PPV, I am not buying into any rivalries outside the main event!

DEAD WRONG WRESTLING

I have seen it take some hits and knocks from judges and those watching, but I am liking it. I am really enjoying the territory feel and think it deserves props of its own for being different to the norm.

Miz is by far the most pushed character in all 5 feds for me, his build has really made me believe in him and that is something I was not all that prepared to do at the beginning. You have won me over.

Double J appearence was really cool and was an interesting way of taking the title picture forward.

Amazing Red and Evan Bourne pushes make for entertaining, fast paced matches on TV, which is important, and with such grapplers in the fed, am slightly worried about the amount of air time the British Tigers are getting. They have the potential to stink up a high profile PPV match.

I am also worried about the tournament idea. I LOVE a good old fashioned tourney but I know that tourney PPVīs have a habit of not getting over with fans and can become a bit tedious, but I am willing to wait and see how you take on the very big challenge you have given yourself.

The reason I have kept it short is because, basically, your whole PPV and future rides on this tournament. You have given yourself no room for error after this announcement.

SUPERB CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING

I canīt help but think that what I said on Week 1, when you were my favourite show, has become a reality. I think you have thrown away your best match on free TV in week 1. The match I wanted to see in your fed was Punk/Ange and I canīt help but be disappointed with Swaggerīs involvement.

The Hardyīs tension is very interesting. I love the original angle you have built, but am concerned that it wil ruin the match at the PPV, which needs to be a competitive contest against two teams who really want the gold, in my eyes.

Swagger labouring over Kazarian does little to get him over for me.

Love the creative bit with Archer/Hawkins and Slater. You have created a solid character for all the men involved from three picks that might well have been throw aways for anyone else. I want to see Hawkins/Edge, so congrats for that.

I am a Kane mark, always have been, so where other people might grown at some sort of monster match, I am loking forward to it!

We will see how you rstore order to a card that really needs to be formed as soon as possible. It has great potential if the right matches and types are chosen, but it could fall flat on itīs face. I really feel like SCW is on a knife-edge now. It could go either way!

VINTAGE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING

Putting Hogan and Perfect on first is inspired for me. People complained when they saw Hogan being a wimp in the first few weeks, but I just got through reading his newest book and he seems like a broken man in many aspects of his life. It made this angle stand out for me and made me think Perfect was a bit of a badass for seizing the opportunity.

I donīt think you have gotten enough credit for how you have built this angle in 3 weeks, it really was fantastically done. From it being given only a few minutes in itīs first week to being the opening angle of the show and it all seemed so natural. If Tarver wins best orginal character, for me, this easily wins best original angle. Joe is a star in 3 weeks and who knows how he will look after the PPV? Congratulations!

That being said, your other title is not standing out for me still, Kaval, Henry or R-Truth just donīt grab my attention as worthy title winners at this stage. I said at the start that you may have trouble with your midcard and the constant gimmcik matches that have led to this point have done nothing to build anyone for me.

It Joe and Hogan wins best angle, Cody and Goldust is one I have always wanted to see, and this week was gripping television. I loved Goldust growing up and the mark in me is devasted at this storyline, lol. I would pay to watch it just for this angle to be honest. Cody is being made a star and I donīt care for him in real life.

The Usos build has failed for me. Really do not want to see them at the PPV, especially if it results in a title win. The other option of a stale Dudleyīs retaining is even worse. The Usoīs should have been given dramatically different characters from the beginning and made to look like a serious threat. Instead they were given half-assed promos and have already lost to the Dudleys. I hate them, lol.

W did not need to see HHH beating up women to be honst. It does not build him and was a needless angle.

Finally, contract signings are terrible, hate them, but understand your need to keep guys away from one another until the PPV. It is a difficult balancing act and wil hopefully be worth it come PPV time. It looked like boring TV though, so perhaps it has not given the build you needed to put the title match in the right light.

OVERALL

Each and every show has their positive points. You guys are doing really well and I am still loving reading these, so congrats to all the judges, bookers and AT. Everyone is doing a great job and it is much appreciated.

The thing that struck me this week though is that every show has some bad/boring/potentially damaging items, which, if left unchecked could reak havoc on their PPVīs and destry their chances. When AT said it was all to play for, he really meant it. Think anyone coud serve a winner or completely throw it away at this stage.

Looking forward to reading next week!!

Not digging anything about the Rainbow Coalition or that they beat McIntyre and Ziggler.

I know that's part of the gimmic but I don't like that Dibiase pays off the ref and Sheffield.

Ok promo by Joe.

Not sure how I feel about using Joe's time keeper incident but like that Joe stood up to Taker.

LAW

Loving the Assassin.

DWW

Love the whole feel of the show. You have made The Miz a star.

SCW

Like the Kane/Abyss angle and what Kane added to it this week.

VCW

I'm going to write before I even read it, this is the only one I actually look forward to and remember pretty well what has happened the previous two weeks.

Nice opening segment with Hogan and Perfect. This angle is great so far.

You made Suicide and Eric Young interesting. Good job.

The Goldust/Dustin and Cody feud continues to be great.

The Dudleyz/Usos feud started out like crap and seemed pointless but the way it is going it is putting the Usos over in my opinion and making the Dudleyz relevant again.

You keep the mystery man intriguing, you better not let me down!

My only complaint is that your PPV main event and World Title match seems lackluster.

TIW - Not as good as the previous 2, feels like a completely different show from them.

LAW - Some very nice touches combined with some questionable booking choices.

DWW - Not as ridiculous as previous but it's still feels like more of an attempt at a bad comedy version of ECW than an actual wrestling show that anybody with a maturity age of more than 11 would like to see. But as I said, not as bad as previous.

SCW - Matt Hardy is the best thing on these shows. Strong show although the ending was a bit weak.

So sorry guys, its been pretty busy with orientation for the new students at my college. I will try to review last week and this upcoming week's shows together before heading over to the PPV.

So will AbT be posting the shows (once the last one is done) WITHOUT fully updated scores!?

I was referring to the reviews in here, but all the judges scores are in except for one.

Do them one by one and I'll tell you when to stop.

I don't think we're going to be getting that last vote anytime soon...so maybe we should just put the 4th week up.

What can I say? Interest seems to be dropping. Huge waits between "shows" ain't gonna help matters.

It's not like it happens every week. Yesterday was my ONE off day of the week. Sorry if I went and had fun. I was expecting to have this ready by Tuesday. I'm really sorry, but there are a lot of factors that have to fall into place for a timely show. Shit happens. It'll be up soon.

Jesus, nobody is saying you can't have a day to relax.

It's not even on you this time, it's on the booker that didn't meet the deadline and the judge that is/was yet to vote.

I am fully aware of this as I manage to get my show done (before deadline) despite working 39 hours a week, maintaining a relationship, going to the gym, socialising and occasionaly sleeping...So let's not use that as an excuse. Especially when it comes to judging.

I'm off all day tomorrow. It will be up mid to late afternoon. I had a big problem today that I have to smooth out, or I would have done it today. Bear with me, Armchair Universe.

That's very impressive you are quite the professional. Anyways, It's not an excuse, but I don't think anyone should really care that much. It will happen when it happens and it's supposed to be fun. I don't think the person who is putting this together wants to be nagged any more than they want to be delayed.

It is fun. And whether you see it as a game or a competition is up to you, either way there are rules - one of which is to meet the deadline.

I find it quite a slog to get the show written as I lack the attention span to write it all in one sitting. I guess what I'm saying is, why have I bothered to get it in by deadline if there's no real need to?

I dunno. I think everyone wants to meet deadline, and is apologetic when missing it, but such is life.
There's no need to be a squeaky wheel about it either. Shit happens and it's only a forum game.
