Parental control?

I'd like to install a parental control program for my little brother. However, he knows how to hack through most of them. However, I heard of a way to alter the computer's routers or something like that. It'll block out the websites I don't want him to see, as well as obscene pictures and videos. Does anyone know how to do this?

Anyways, The Aobo Parental control (http://www.parental-controls-software.net/) is pretty good parental control. Your little brother probably just terminates the parental control software, i m not sure if this prevents termination like firewalls, but you can try it out. Also, if you have a router, you can go to the router home page and there should be options for site blocking. Oh, and a firewall such as Kaspersky and Norton has a built-in function and your little brother cannot terminate the process, unless he's a mastermind (doubt it). Just try to keep your passwords safe and unguessable.
