Gamescom isn't due to start until the 18ths but conferences are taking place today.

So, apparantly, MS aren't doing a live stream today, even though every site said they were. It's not a "normal" conference like E3 with people on stage, apparantly. Announcements will still be put online, though.

Nintendo aren't doing a conference at all this year.
