Since the titles arent the unified titles anymore and the harts haven't appeared on Smackdown in quite a while... does SD have a tag division at all anymore?

The SES are more of a stable than a tag team.

Smackdown didn't have much of a tag division in the first place, Dudebusters have been feuding with Chris Masters for months and Archer / Hawkins have not been seen for weeks. Even pre-draft the only regular tag team matches were Harts vs Cryme Tyme.

dudebusters should be pushed as a legit team archer and hawkins were to rag tag for me

Wait till they break loose of Punk's grasp, things are already heading that way.

I actually think that it'll be SES vs. Hart Dynasty at NOC

At the moment, Raw has the most teams. SmackDown only has three but I guess they can always throw Chavo, Masters, JTG and maybe MVP together to get another two teams for SmackDown. Those guys aren't really doing much at the moment anyway. :-\
Raw
The Hart Dynasty
Goldust & Tatsu
The Uso's
Morrison & Truth
Marella & Kozlov
The Nexus (Two Members)
Regal & Ryder
SmackDown
The Dudebusters
Hawkins & Archer
Gallows & Mercury (SES)

I would not mind the tag titles to get some play within The Nexus storyline. :thumbsup

Hell, if they're allowed to move between shows, it would allow the Nexus to make a couple of appearances on Smackdown. Plus, they could pass the belts around between members, having different guys defend.

Freebird Rule FTW! Although I'm not sure if enough time has passed since Spirit Squad invoked it.

They would stand a better chance of distinguishing themselves if they picked two guys and ran with them.

I wanna see Archer/Hawkins feud with the Hart Dynasty just so it gives them something to do.

Just because they changed the belts doesn't mean that the champs cannot appear on both shows.....

Hart Dynasty vs The SES would be awesome. As long as the botch machine Joey Mercury is kept out of it. Alls I think of everytime I see him is a ladder smashing his face.

From what I saw the Otunga/ Skippy tag team looked good. I wouldnt mind seeing more of them together even when Nexus is over.
Side note, Skippy looked like a freakin moster on RAW. He's got the "crazy eyes" down and a monster lariat

...the problem nowadays that affects Tag Team Wrestling is that today, everyone wants to be a singles star. Even those who begin as a tag team, one of the 2 is always looking to outshine the other so that eventually they can break up and he can go and make it as a singles wrestler. There's too much selfishness, and it doesn't allow the teams that are formed to grow.
Also, companies nowadays don't foment tag team wrestling. They just throw 2 guys together, and that's it. And even then, they don't devote the tv time and storyline time to tag team wrestling that it needs.

TNA is actually miles ahead of WWE in this respect.

In terms of forming teams, yes...In terms of giving them exposure, no.

I actually agree with TNA's tag division and team development being much better than WWEs. I forgot who called them "the two morons covered in tattoos with mohawks" but they are becoming a solid part of the tag division in TNA (plus the matches between MCMG and Beer Money are always entertaining). As long as they are slowly able to phase out the older teams and replace them they'll be ok
How can SmackDown! have a tag division if WWE on a whole doesn't have a tag division?

I actually remember a time where the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships, even though they weren't the WWF Championship and weren't the PRINCIPLE Championships, garnered as much interest as the World Title, in terms of storylines, match quality, etc. All 3 Championships were on an even field in terms of fan interest.
Now it seems that the WWE "overexposes" the World Titles.
