Stone Cold IS the attitude era, which up until now has been far and away the most important time period in Raw's history. Therefore, Stone Cold by a mile.

I'm voting for Mr. McMahon because it was his turning into the evil owner that gave the spark that ignited the Attitude Era. Screwing Bret Hart made Vince McMahon the most hated man in sports entertainment history.
The early starts of the McMahon/Austin feud spun off into the epic feud of Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Rock in 1997, and then renewed to the awesomness that it became over and over again.
So, I vote for Mr. McMahon because he made all of these feuds and performers possible.

Stone Cold since he arrives very early into the RAW era and also has the most impact along with The Rock for RAW shows.

Undertaker of course He Was There From The Beginn And Did Go On For A Very Long Time.
Stone Cold Steve Austin brought things to a whole other level. Everyone else just rode the wave that he was making.
