This is good news. For some reason I thought they stopped after season 2. We will probably get it in like a year on BBC America.

Inbetweeners didn't fail to live up to its usual standard. It was shit.

The situations they get into are pretty funny, but the jokes, the dialogue, the banter, its too forced, they try too hard to appeal to everyone's memories of secondary school and it just falls flat on its feet.

The guy who plays Will is a terrible actor.

Jay is the only funny one.

You're being far too critical. If you dislike the show/want to prove that you aren't 'caught up in the hype', just say so. Sure, the characters are all a bit cliched but it doesn't matter because they all 'work' so well together and are perfect for the situation/s. As for slating the dialogue/banter, what were you expecting, some kind of Wes Anderson witfest? And do I not recall you once praising Skins? Come on bloke ;)

I think the acting is actually right on. Even if it is forced, it's forced in the opposite way to than usually is in TV (i.e. a situation where someone is unhappy, says there piece and leaves, with the other guy shouting their name a few times - when in reality you'd just chase after the bloke and carry on the rant).

Of course then there's the classic "I don't love this guy" look over the shoulder slightly away from the camera. Kinda like this:

Maybe it's just Americans that do that then.
