I'll give them a 9. These two guys failed SO HARD as singles wrestlers though. These guys are tag team wrestlers because they don't have enough to carry the load all by themselves.

for james storm he gets a 9 alone like dreamer said only 1 other guy got over in 2 diffrent tag teams.

-Edge got with many tag teams. Rated RKo, Rated Y2J and with Christian.

-Billy Gunn got over with two tag teams: New Age Outlawz and the Smoking Gunns.

So, Dreamer is wrong.

8. Underrated as hell, good combo, they can put on a great match (especially with MCMG) and work their asses off to get where they are.
