Team 3D's big announcement at BFG was that they will soon be "retiring" from wrestling. It wont affect the main storyline but how much will it affect the tag team division? TNA has plenty of solid tag teams, they could bring in a team from Japan and/ or Mexico. There are also guys who arent doing anything that can be stuck together as another unusual pairing, Suicide and Rob Terry for example (surprisingly both are still around). I've seen some of the indy work of Gunner and Murphy, it couldnt hurt to have them acutally wrestle than just be "security"

It's a storyline, they aren't retiring. They just got new contracts.

It's a storyline...and a lame one...
the plan is to split them up, Ray being heel, Devon being face

Nobody said it was going to be huge.
Nobody cares about them anyway, TNA have about 50 better teams right now than them.

Agreed, I also want Phil Shatter and Mikael Judas to start wrestling again.

I already read that they were planning to split them up, I'm just talking if they do leave TNA in the not too distant future

A Team 3D feud does not excite me..... a Team 3D retirement match does not excite me..... very little from Team 3D excites me.....

Bring in Bad Intentions or No Limit.

They need another heavyweight style tag-team right now. They've already got Gen-Me, MCMG, and Ink Inc. as lightweights. They need another beer money style team, I'd like for them to bring in WGTT.

I've always wanted to see Brother Ray as a singles competitor. I think of his size he's always been a pretty talented wrestler not to mention he's very under-rated on the stick. A heel singles run with him intrests me unfortunatly it's about 8 years too late.

He had a singles run on RAW when Reverend D-Von was on Smackdown! It was pretty good in my opinion. He had either the IC or Hardcore title for sometime until RVD took it off him.

I really hope they do not split or retire. They are one of the best teams ever and have been putting on some of their better matches in recent years IMO.

Yeah, for real. He was really over and had a very brief feud with HHH lol. I actually liked them as singles guys, made a change from the same old shit they've been doing for decades.

I didn't like the feel of Bubba Ray as a singles star on RAW. It was just out of place at the time. As a heel in TNA he might work better. But to be honest, I think they should have them put over The Guns, and then seemingly "retire." When Matt Hardy's no-compete clause is up, Matt debuts with the company and aligns with heel Jeff. Team 3D then return to stop their reign of terror.

He has to be released for a no compete clause to expire. WWE isn't going to let him go to TNA until his contract is up, some time next fall.
