WWE developmental talent Brett DiBiase is being released from WWE developmental. The son of Ted DiBiase, he's been dealing with a number of knee problems and attempted to work instead as a referee. Unfortunately, the knee issues have been too much for him to deal with and he's requested and will be receiving a release.

He was involved during the Legacy angle, I remember that much.

From what I remember, he was in the crowd as a plant and was involved in Ortons match in someway, helping Orton get the win. Then they showed Legacy talking to him backstage at the following Raw and revealed him as Brett Dibiase. Don't think he was seen again.

I remember being fooled into thinking it was actually a random fan jumping the barrier up until they showed another shot of him on the ramp being dragged out.

Isn't that how Blackman debuted too? Didn't he attack someone during a Vader match and Vader jumped on him and held him down or something?

Except Blackman was kicking ass and taking names until Vader decided he need to "protect the fan".
