What is it exactly? I've seen him do an RKO once, but that's it since I have no desire to watch his segments.

He does a fist pump into a standard neck breaker.

lol.

Honestly probably wouldn't have a problem with it. I like old moves getting new life this generation as finishers. For example, Ziggler brought back the Sleeper, which has been something used "in anyone's moveset" for years. Piper was probably the last one who used it as a finisher. Love Ziggler doing it.

bince2200

i can deal wit a sleeper cause its a basic submission move thats allways effective but a BASIC NECKBREAKER COMEON

Xero

I have absolutely no problem with that, then.

Wrestling has gotten too flashy. I'm not saying that flash doesn't have its place but flash shouldn't take away from the effectiveness of other moves.

i thought his finisher was an ace crusher/diamond cutter/rko/jumping cutter

i'll tell you a dumb finishing move..the mandible claw, seems more of an irritant than a final desperate attempt at a win

EXCATLY I SEE GETTING TWO 450 splashes in a row or a warriors way or even an rko but a basic neckbreaker at least make it worth while and do so something extra with it like perfect's son to make it look effecient

The RKO through a table.

When will they learn that the RKO is a person on person impact move, and not person on surface?

Makes no sense.

Hanso Amore
10-29-2010, 08:41 AM
Spo Monkeys have made that not a normal finisher. I think it is fine. I dont need to see a match where both guys are dropping 15-20 signature moves each.

You may not see a reason to type correctly online. but we do, and if you want to be taken seriously, I suggest you do.

I think the idea of the RKO/Diamond Cutter is that the person doing it slams the other person's face into the mat, driving them down neck-first. So, in kayfabe, the idea of an RKO onto a table makes sense.

In this video of Orton delivering the RKO to Cena onto a chair, you can see Cena's head slip out of his arm at the last second and Cena smashes face first into the chair.

I won't take Wade Barrett seriously until he finds a new finisher, It's a shame because his mic skills are impeccable and his in ring work is more than OK, just a shame that finisher looks so pathetic.

It is executed tons better than when Jeff Jarrett does "The Stroke." Cause that... just looks beyond horrible.

I still see it as a head on shoulder impact, like the Stunner.

When he clearly dives beyond the object, allowing his victim to hit it first, I'll buy it. Usually, however, his own back crashes through the table long before his opponent.

I've no probs with the actual move itself, but it should be left to bigger guys like Goldberg and Rhino who make it look good.

Nope the stunner the head is situated on the shoulder the impact of the fall focused on the jaw/upper throat.

RKO/Diamond cutter the head is situated where the elbow bends the other hand (more noticeable with the diamond cutter) is used to push the head downward.

The mandible claw is not weak or dumb. If actually done on someone and full pressure is applied, it is one of the most incredibly painful things you can imagine.

However, I never did quite understand why no one simply 'bit' down on Foleys hand or something when he did it, seems like an easy way out of it to me.

Wait I remember someone explain to me was that with the user controlling the opponent's jaw, that they wouldn't be able to bite since one bites with the lower jaw. If you try and hold down your lower jaw, it is hard to actually bite. At least that's how the move was "justified" to me. :o
