A few of the ones I remember fondly:

Scott Steiner's "I don't have 30 days and 30 nights for your wife" in his feud with DDP over Kimberly.

Piper's "Powers to be" promo in his last WCW appearance.

In fact, just about anything of Piper's, actually.

"Cane Dewey" (I know, I know... everyone considers this legendary)

Both "ARMBAR" and "I've beaten everybody" by Jericho

...and, of course, the "wrestling is a dirty word" worked shoot Heyman did on Vince McMahon, mainly because you KNEW he meant most of it.

Honorable mention: Buff Bagwell's "I'm the chosen one" backstage interview... only because he was cut short with a guitar shot to the head by who would be the real "Chosen One", a returning Jeff Jarrett.

Ric Flair's promo backstage after winning the Royal Rumble in 1992.

Ric Flair's promo on the last Nitro.

Bret Hart's promo the night after WrestleMania 13 stating how he doesn't like the American fans anymore.

Bret Hart's promo the week after that when he reunited with Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith.

Actually, there were a lot of great Bret Hart promos during the whole Hart Foundation story in 1997.

Jericho's WWE debut promo.

Hogan's promo right after he turned heel.

The segment where CM Punk was singing Happy Birthday to Mysterio's daughter.

Jay Lethal's Ric Flair impressions.

Billy Graham promo I like. It's not until the end though. The first 7 minutes explain the angle and the face turn for Graham on the Army of Darkness in Florida. Kind of long, but if you have 9 mins to kill......

he's got a lot of good one's, but my fav of all-time is after his Tuesday Night in Texas match with Savage. he was definately on crack during that one

I did bring that first one up, Volare.

I loved Heyman's worked shoot, especially where he had to wrangle the crowd back to booing him by shitting on Taz because he started gaining sympathy. Just my science skill is too low to successfully post vids.
