Seriously, I already knew the CFL was a farm league, where the 2nd best go to play, and the NFL rapes its talent and convinces to try out new rules...

Hey I got an idea, lets just make the line of scrimmage a random spot on the field...

I get the old way...first point wins...isnt the best way to settle things...but instead of making things better, they fucked them up beyond reason and sanity...

It actually is hard to watch the CFL...

So many peewee plays. I know some of these guys only make like 50k a year(less if you're only on the practice squad) so you cant really expect much

Canadian football is way different.

The field is wider and longer.
12 players on the field for each team.
No rules against any kind of motion/etc.
3 Downs instead of 4
A "touchback" in the NFL/NCAA is actually worth 1pt in CFL.

I don't like the overtime but I'm pretty sure college football is the same, I could be wrong.

It is football, but it is different than the NFL. Live is much more entertaining than the NFL but the NFL is the best tv show out there.

Live game are way more entertaining because everyone is f'n hammered before the coin toss due to hanging out at the tailgate parties in the parking lot...

What an observation. Can't believe Brad Childress and the Vikings didn't think of that last year. Idiots were probably playing for overtime.

I wouldn't be suprised...

We were talking about the CFL not the NFL. The NFL overtimes rules are perfectly fair and Minnesota lost because they fumbled in OT.
