Got this Trojan Horse, can't get rid of it

AVG keeps saying it can't get rid of it. Seem to be reappearing like every 10 seconds. I ran MalwareBytes and some other stuff. Says it's called Trojan horse Generic19.BFPH. At first it kept trying to tell me my computer was infected and set up some proxy where no matter what browser you opened it would say Internet Explorer could not open the page, but it was fake. Then I restarted and did some shit and now I can get on Mozilla, but nothing else.

How can I get rid of this

Probably going to have to do it in Safe Mode and also turning off System Restore before getting a good chance to get rid of the file.

Think I got it but now can't get online in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Changed the proxy settings for Firefox and that works fine.
