Anyone know where to buy autographed wrestling stuff? And is there a way to know if it's legit? For instance, I found this: http://www.rfvideo.com/autographedmerchandise.aspx

How can we know they're legit? And what about these: http://www.ringsidecollectibles.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?

Pretty much gotta take their word for it, or dont. I know theyve been around for a while. I wouldnt think a place taking people could legally exist for such a long time... Or could it... Hmmm.

I have a crumpled up Matt Striker-autographed Fatal Four Way ticket. I'll sell it to you for $50.

To be honest I could never really 'buy' something that is signed, it would have to be signed right in front of my eyes, kinda more about the experience than the signature itself.

For example, my Raw/Smackdown 2004 program I got signed by the Hurricane and the Dudleys. Buying that on Ebay would mean fuck all to me, but owning it knowing I queued for hours to get it signed, handshake and photo included, gives it more meaning to me.

That above is perfect.

Oh yeah. Like 10 years ago I was gonna buy a Scott Hall autograph picture. I was like "meh". Then like a year later when the nWo came back I met him after a Smackdown and got stuff signed. Way more fulfilling. That ordered picture wouldnt have meant shit to me.

Yeah, getting something autographed in person is definitely usually better than buying an autographed item on-line. However, to me, owning an autographed item is great, regardless of how it's obtained.

They have 7 pairs of tights Triple H wore in the Fall of 2000. Even I am not creepy enough to buy Triple H's 10 year old tights.

That's right. You want the tights to be fresh and still have Hunter's sweat stains damp.

Dont you find that weird when fans buy Divas outfits? wrestling outfits are one thing, but photoshoot outfits?!! You can smell the all night wank-a-thons a mile off.

I don't find it weird at all.

If you had the money, you would probably do the same thing.

Big Show should sell some of his panties in hopes of recooping some of the Knucklehead loss.

I hate getting anything signed by anyone other than myself. It defeats the purpose and it makes it so less meaninful.

I've got many many autographs and I cherish every one of them because I went out and I got them myself.

There are some where I stood in line for hours, there are some that I got because of pure luck and I was at the right place at the right time and there are some that I got lucky with but everyone of them I am proud that I got because I got them and not someone else.

Thats what I'm talking about. Got 600+ autographs this year, all in person. I hate not knowing if what I have is real...and further more, if it is real...you don't know if you are buying from a scumbag. I've dealt with prick dealers and don't want my money going to them.

Wrestlers are generally nice too, so getting them in person is pretty easy.
