I have been asking for it since last year and too cheap to get it myself, or something. Anyhow, I rented it before last Christmas and loved it. So I get home and start to play the brand new copy I got. It is Game of the Year edition. It doesn't transfer over my saved game or my achievement points. So I now have 805 potential x-box achievement points I'll never get.

Yea, the GOTY edition is considered a completely seperate game. Basically, if you wanted to, you could play this game twice and get the same achievements twice more or less. Do you want my copy of the original AA? I've got my 1000 on it and have no need for it.

No, I'm not going to play the game through 6 times(on account of getting achivements for being it on easy, normal and hard)
What's different in the GOTY anyway?

The difficulty achievements stack BDC. If you beat it on hard you get credit for all 3 difficulties.

It's just some extra challenge maps really. Those combat challenges are a major pain in the ass as is anyways. Can't see why anyone would subject themselves to that twice.

I was unaware of that.

It's also 3D, even on 360.

I loved the combat challenges. It was actually a lot of fun trying to make it through all 3 rounds without getting hit once and without breaking your combo continuation once either. I did it a couple times and it felt awesome. The combat is so smooth in this game, I don't see why you would hate it.

It just gets very frustrating after a while and cheap AI is never fun. Hence why I haven't obtained the last gold medal I need for SWTFUII. Damn that XXXX XXXX combo.

All I can say is keep at it, and you'll get it. Also, hit as many combos, takedowns, counters as you can.

I got this too, the frustration I mean. I'm on a super hot streak combo and get down to the last guy and I accidentally block when I THINK he's attacking, but he doesn't attack, and my entire combo score is LOST. Fucking frustrating as hell. But it only made me want to try it again. Joker taunting me doesn't help.
