Here is an article from 2002, I know pretty out dated, that gives a brief history of the flamboyant characters you know so well. So, like the title says, who is your favorite flamboyant character?

Shawn Michaels. Not really my "favorite", per se (leaning more towards Golddust because he brought more to the table than the "he might be gay" thing), but the first thing I thought of.
Why? Think about how often Vince McMahon used said descriptor anytime Shawn was onscreen, and you have your answer. Skipping around, posing for Playgirl, and the wording of things like his promo with Bret Hart ("...because I choose to live my life openly and freely...") also doesn't detract from my point.
Randy Savage or Ultimate Warrior.

Gorgeous George.
I agree, whitey. Pro Wrestling never had any flamboyancy until Gorgeous George came around in the 1940s. He will always be the first.

Ricki Starr and Dizzy Davis were two of the early innovators of flamboyant characters in wrestling as well
Here's Ricki
